- After selling my R&R trailer to a viewer when I wasn't using it, I decided I still need a trailer. So from what I learnt from my first trailer I did some research and the 2021 Aluma 8218-XT-TA was the one for me!

I think you have a great new trailer. I like the light on bed of the trailer . With the bed lights on and car out the trailer if you had a Disco ball you would have dance floor

amazing trailer Warrick, it is very slick looking and the vette looks great on it. but yes, you definitely need those E tracks on the trailer ...don't want to mess up that beautiful car ! cool that the trailer has it's own battery, the trailer running lights look wicked !
Lights on the floor of the trailer are there to help you strap a car onto it in the dark. If not for those yoi would be holding a flashlight while fixing straps.

I really like the Aluma Trailers. I have a 7820 for my RZR XP4, with room for a quad, gas cans, etc. It tracks and feels great behind my Tacoma. Much nicer than a steel trailer! Worth the extra $$.

That's an awesome trailer no doubt, what's it weigh? I'm not an expert on towing, but will be looking on towing the R32 in the future with my f150.
Weight is just under 2000. Corvette is 3200ish R32 is 3400 ish still in line with my Gladiator towing capacity. Now if it was a steel trailer... I would be pushing it!
Why do you want removable fenders? Won't it get the car dirty?
you only remove the fenders for loading and unloading the car. if you car is too low you cant open the doors with the fenders in the way.
The lights are so you can see to strap down your car. Not really for show.
Do you know if car transport companies use the Aluminum hauler trailers?
What is the width between the fenders?
I'm curious if you looked at the Aluma 8200 series tilt trailer and eliminate the ramps.
Sorry for the late reply. Yes I did look at it but I really wanted storage. This is my second race trailer and my first one didn't have storage so it was a must. to me the Aluma 8200 is great but they have a more of a rugged look (nothing wrong with that) but this one makes whatever you're towing look good.

Are the LEDs not to make it easier to load at night?
yes, it does help but to be honest I just turn them on when I'm towing at night to light up the car and it looks SWEET
