2085 here and still listening! Most kids nowadays have no idea what the internet even was let alone music streaming. Even worse, the music they listen to now is just a bunch of random sounds (both the instrumental aspect as well as the lyrics). I remember when people used to complain about mumble rap but, looking back, that stuff seems like a masterpiece. Unfortunately it was the beginning of the decline of music. If only I could use my time machine to go back to 2020ish and eliminate it from history but I cheaped out and bought the budget model that is limited to 10 years travel.
I always listened to this song around 2011-2012, I was 15 then. I'm almost 26 now. I miss these times even though they were sometimes sad and horrible, as most people's teenage years are. I would give anything to just relive my teenage years for a few moments.

This song is very special to me. It's the song my boyfriend had me listen to after getting out of some trouble that he was in. I'm just starting to trust him again slowly, but these words in the song are exactly what we said to eachother before he got into that mess beforehand. I was there and am still there for him. It's hard for both of us, with him being in the army and me being at home. But we're working through it still. Our feelings for eachother can never change. Sure he gets on my nerve and I with him, but we still love one another no matter what.
