I'm bit confused at this point. i'm going through the vedios of all chakras. i'm now in 4th chakra. my question is, in order to achive success in these chakras, do we just need to control ourself from angry, jelous, sex etc. or do we have to do dyan along with these?
@vishatnet dont try to control your emotions or thoughts, just observe them without any judgement, as a watcher, your energies will automatically raise- observe them during meditation. It worked for me, hope it works for you aswell. Let me know. Best Wishes
