    Dadaji, stripping divinity of its mystery and presenting divinity as divinity. A clear distinction between religion and morality.
    Layering a Russian heart upon English smacks of our underlying humanity. So succinct that it pierces the heart, specially where confusion reigns supreme.
    It is a blessing learning from you.
    May God give you 120

    No amount of hatred, anger, insult changes my faith in love. I have been treated badly repeatedly but the problem is not with love. In the morning I see Shiva and am filled with love. I dont feel that kind of sadness anymore. Just does not affect me.

    Dada ji I am blessed to find your channel on these critical yogic processes. I practically learned everything most comprehensively about chakras from you only. But I have a question. If the energy grows up from mooladhaara to Anaahata, do all the lower chakra points too remain positively active or only Anahata in this case shows all the related positive signs? U know I have been on the path of gayana yoga with a lot of bhakti for Mahadeva in my heart for some yrs. I am a service woman and mother of a special son. Despite situational backlog, i have been learning and continuing asana, pranayama and dhyana regularly. My nature has changed a lot. I seldom feel anger, am always smiling for nothing, feeling no hatred for even bad people around .I have tendencies to give service and love to anybody. I can feel the love. But at the same time I occasionally deviate from my regular path and feel attraction to food so much. This is the only weakness of mooladhar a that I still feel sometimes. Though it has reduced. But not gone. So this lowest chakra is still negative partially and anahata is showing positive effects?

    • @MeditationSteps
      @MeditationSteps  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      In the course of Sadhana the avarice will reduce. The manipura, and svadhisthana cakras have to become strong. I would advise going through the course on meditationsteps.org and after sometimes get personal instruction in meditation, I would help you to find a proper teacher.

    The anahata 12-petal symbol, how would you explain it, and the double triangles? The elucidation of those two symbols is anahata. The rest is just incoherence. Anahata is where the prana decussation occurs, on the mid thoracic spine.

    about service: because it is a big part of your mindset concerning other topics as well. true service starts only when you don't know that you are doing service. before that, no matter what you do, how much you give and serve, it is a part of the business on many different levels. service is a beautiful thing when it flows through you to the outside world but can become a trap of ego, which, sadly is the case most of the time. i don't want to take an example of Buddha, because it is too obvious, but let's take Van Gogh. was he thinking about service while painting? none of his paintings (or maybe 1) was sold during his life. but he had to paint, pouring all his heart, his vision, his passion for life into his paintings. did he do great service to humanity? i think yes, was he thinking of doing any service? i don't think so. that is the way how service is done.

BUT, .... i would like to see a more practical aproach, guided meditations , all the different techniques are verry well explained, but you would be reaching so much more people if a few practice tutoruals , on a regular basis, would appear on this channel. theory is nice, but without practice it has no point, where is that center you build?
