Bro....play with items on, extra health means regen gives you 3 whole bars because it's based off a % of your max health. Throw in god ki and faster skill point gain and it legit feels like cheating.
Mashing perception is actually better than just holding because it tracks incredibly well, while holding it doesn't track at all. You literally can't be flanked if you're mashing it, same goes for blocking

To beat perception spamming, ki blasts with frieza race characters. The best one to do it with it Metal Cooler since he starts with three bars of ki, auto regens ki which helps out when youre comboing and mixing up with grabs. Even if they tech it, Metal Cooler is still gaining ki.

The problem with the regeneration in this game is the fact, that landin punchs and attacks, makes the skill point metter go forward, making it more faster to get a skill point, in tenkaichi 3, it regens the same amount of hp than in this game, exactly 1 entire bar, the difference is that, in tenkaichi 3, you had to wait to get the 4 skill points, taking like 7 minutes, time enough to get absolutly humillated by the cpu, but here, with a few combos, you already get 1 skill point, so, to a tryhard, its just a matter of time ti get another skill point.
