@thomshin2460 that definitely would've been an amazing game to watch. But I think we got it when we faced alabama. I feel like it would've been a similar game with michigan coming out on top. Barely.
Washington didnt show up when they needed to. Penix was over throwing the ball alot and when he was putting the ball where it needed to be they got dropped. They had chances to take the game over an those issues kept happening. It should be fun next season when they are in the Big 10
If they had hit just a couple of those plays it's a different game cuz it r was a lot closer than the 21 point gap at the end makes it look. I'm a Michigan fan and I felt like they were about to take the game over at any point after they scored when Michigan went for it in 4th down and they didn't get it.
I thought Washington did a great job especially in the 2nd half of using a lot of screen passes and turning them into good yardage. They were really making Michigan's defense miss tackles and struggle to go side line to side line to guard those plays. They mixed those in with a few long throws and if they had hit just a couple more of those they might have won cuz even though this ended up a 21 point game it was a lot closer than that.
C’mon Robert-you’re good but Stalions was a low level staffer. Partridge was the LB coach let go only because he told players not to talk to the NCAA. Stalions was earning $55000 per year. That’s really not much. Stalions paid his own way to games, paid for his hotel rooms-no connection to Harbaugh other than remotely. The NCAA President said that Michigan won the title, “fair and square.”
Do your homework Robert. Stallion was a low level staffer, not close to being a coach. Partridge, the LB coach, was fired for telling players not to talk to NCAA investigators. The NCAA President said that U-M won the title fair and square. To this point, the NCAA states that nothing untoward has been uncovered.
The relationship between Jim Harbaugh and the NCAA is not good and Jim used to participate in fixing games for the NCAA, not anymore after beating Ohio State, an NCAA darling last year in Columbus by 40 points and embarrassed them
I hate how people don't understand how this is a big deal and that they should be seriously punished. It was not one year, it was 2 and a half years. It was a policy of cheating. Harbaugh hovered between 7 and 10 wins until they started cheating. 2021:11 wins, 2022:12, 2023:14. And if you really wanted to know what that 2021 team actually looked like, look at the time they played Nebraska. Nebraska ran a hurry up offense unlike most other Big 10 teams, so sign stealing had less of an advantage. That game was won by a field goal, when they were crushing better teams. Yeah, they probably would have won most of those games anyway, but if you can put a game away earlier, you can rest your starters and give your 2nd and 3rd string meaningful playing time. Which keeps your starters healthier and helps develop your younger players. The improved record and a promise that you will get playing time gets them better recuits and transfers. This is why that record improved year after year. This team is legit, and they won the second half of their season legitimately, but that team does not exist with the roster and health without cheating. It's equivalent to USC blatantly buying players. Their championship team's roster don't exist without it. If Michigan walks away from this with a slap on the wrist, it's because Harbaugh knows something.
@stevesalisbury3657 the facts are the facts guy. You do realize that there was a whole investigation? What does couch coaching have to do with anything I wrote? Was that an attempt at an insult? Are you in middle school? The only thing you could even try to argue would be to lessen the impact of years of systematic cheating. Instead you went the route of denying facts and a sad attempt at an insult that doesn't make sense. Why did you even write anything?
@stevesalisbury3657 to be specific he said they won the championship "game" fair and square. And they did. Notice how specific his statement was. All my points still apply. And to be clear here most of the media and organizations that stood to profit from the ratings of the game were the only ones trying to contain this dumpster fire. NCAA being one of them. Same rationalization why Joe Pa never said anything.
@francisrauth9201 who cares only idiots think teams don't change signs weekly if that's all you can say than don't say anything at all. Your totally reaching since all teams steal signs and was only made rule becuase smaller schools can't afford to scout that way.teams change plays and you have to execute period
Get a life Skippy. Drop the charade. It is long over and JH was suspended. This was such a nothing-burger. I am an ex-coach and sign-stealing is something everyone does and it has incredibly little true effect on the game. Happens at every level of football from little league on up.
College football coaches and players are no match to the NFL coaches and their players and the NCAA are pushing hard to move Jim Harbaugh back to the NFL , the NCAA doesn’t want to see Ohio State lose to Michigan by 30 and 40 points
I’d rather have a game manager like the Michigan qb than the overrated overhyped Washington qb. Since Kap did his protest the QBs in his mold that don’t protest are hyped up as the next it qb. Look at all the hype for hurts. He’s the most consistent over rated qb in the nfl currently
I hope the guy on the right gets some legal advice real soon. The NCAA said there was no proof that anyone other than Connor Stalion knew about his sign stealing, so if he keeps running his mouth, Harbaugh's attorneys are going to be emptying his wallet.
This why I don’t really watch stuff like this cuz you are talking about the sign stealing we shouldn’t lose the title or nothing that was seen from past years not this year and for two it wasn’t the players doing it so why punish the players they won the championship they beat Ohio state without the coach so they shouldn’t do nothing about it give Michigan the championship and move on to next year
So, before the National championship, was Harbaugh cleared of any wrong doing during the season?.. Did Harbaugh pay anyone to go over to the opponents sidelines to steal signs/plays?....
The initial investigation into Michigan was started when one of their assistant coaches was caught by a Catch a Predator sting. The coach had a bottle of liquor and rubbers thinking he was meeting a girl in her early teens. It was all caught on video... There is much more going on than "sign stealing". Also, this coach is mentally handicapped...
Penix lost this game himself. He literally missed about 3 wide open guaranteed touchdown passes. A lot of routes where certain players were wide open during the whole game he didn’t scan the field he already had it pre determined where he was going to throw. Didn’t want to use his feet to escape the pocket. Etc just a horrible performance by him. Couldn’t handle the pressure
Dude didn’t have time, was getting hit in the ribs over and over and over. Many times, he was throwing the ball well before those deep routes came open due to the pressure/hits. Watch the dude trying to get back to the locker room after the game. His body was DESTROYED.
I think the pecking order would be Michigan, Georgia, Alabama, Washington, tx, oregon, and FSU. Michigan and Georgia should have been playing in the title fame last not. West coast teams are too soft to play against SEC and Big10 teams. So those pac teams leaving conference are going to have to uograde theirs lines stat if they want to compete moving forward. Same with OK and TX coming to SEC
Damn how many teams are gonna be in the Big "10" next year ? 16 ? Lol schools that are on the Pacific coast moving to a mid west conference ?? College sports are a joke ! SMH
Its kinda crazy for these guys to say "well some of the games they didn't cheat, that was all them AND they got punished. So it didn't happen" lmao like what no. On top of all that they got extremely lucky this year period. bama happened to be down bad this year but had their day against what's certainly the best team by a good margin in Georgia so they didn't have to play them and still barely beat a down bad bama by a razors edge and bad play call. I don't think Georgia would have had an issue with Michigan period, even if they were cheating. To me this is just another testimony of the SECs dominance, every thing that could go right for Michigan went right, they dodged the best team, they only beat bama by a razor thin margin in bamas worst year in memory and they cheated lmao that's their national championship legacy.
Michigan didn’t play their best game and STILL beat Bama but I agree Georgia would be a better/tougher matchup but Michigan was clearly better than bama
FIXED...... when I watch the game and see a plethora of Michigan OL holding not called! I was OK for the first 3.5 Q's, but when Wash is marching to tie it 20-20, they decide to call a tick tack call on Wash OL, stunting the potential tie....... Then when Michigan has their first big play when they get the ball back, the refs ignore the Fistfull of JERSEY that Mich OL did for the umpteenth time, allowing for the "blowout", so it looks legit!!! (mimicking the Cheating NE Pats when deflate gate looked unimportant because it became a blowout!!!) Guess the NCAA choses Hardballs over a team that is in an extinct conference!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Georgia O is not as good as Washington but that D wou of been way better. Still like UM in the end regardless this year
Robert walked away too soon. Great NFL running back..
Was THERE a football game on last night?
Washington didnt show up when they needed to. Penix was over throwing the ball alot and when he was putting the ball where it needed to be they got dropped. They had chances to take the game over an those issues kept happening. It should be fun next season when they are in the Big 10
If they had hit just a couple of those plays it's a different game cuz it r was a lot closer than the 21 point gap at the end makes it look. I'm a Michigan fan and I felt like they were about to take the game over at any point after they scored when Michigan went for it in 4th down and they didn't get it.
Nahhh lost by 21
Brady next head coach at Michigan
Penix looked rough, tossing it up like a prayer. Daniel’s definitely deserved heisman over him
😂😂😂 how'd he look against Bama?? About like Penix did the other night
“I think it hurt Michael Penix’s draft stock”
Really appreciate Robert’s honesty and professionalism but Partridge got fired for coaching a kid’s testimony, not for knowledge of Stalions’ scheme.
Still Keven wilds n Chris B the new A team ⭐❤😅
Your still a werido
I thought Washington did a great job especially in the 2nd half of using a lot of screen passes and turning them into good yardage. They were really making Michigan's defense miss tackles and struggle to go side line to side line to guard those plays. They mixed those in with a few long throws and if they had hit just a couple more of those they might have won cuz even though this ended up a 21 point game it was a lot closer than that.
Georgia defense brought him down tf, nfl will do the same, those man live football
Show us your proof go back to couch coaching
@stevesalisbury3657 the facts are the facts guy. You do realize that there was a whole investigation? What does couch coaching have to do with anything I wrote? Was that an attempt at an insult? Are you in middle school? The only thing you could even try to argue would be to lessen the impact of years of systematic cheating. Instead you went the route of denying facts and a sad attempt at an insult that doesn't make sense. Why did you even write anything?
@francisrauth9201 yeah and that ncaa president said michigan won fair and square guy.... don't make mountain out of mole hill
Ask one of the insane Buckeyes what Harbaugh will do? Smart
Dang Robert Smith looks just like Dana White
Ohio State played Michigan the best 🤷♀️
With a trash QB too
@BSGedits trash he could of gave osu chance in bowl game
They always do. That’s the rivalry. They know each other so well .
Ohio State lost in regulation, Bama lost in OT
Bama did
Still facts we debate Interesting and more important
Get a life Skippy. Drop the charade. It is long over and JH was suspended. This was such a nothing-burger. I am an ex-coach and sign-stealing is something everyone does and it has incredibly little true effect on the game. Happens at every level of football from little league on up.
Still leaving KD alone now he probably busy
College football coaches and players are no match to the NFL coaches and their players and the NCAA are pushing hard to move Jim Harbaugh back to the NFL , the NCAA doesn’t want to see Ohio State lose to Michigan by 30 and 40 points
I’d rather have a game manager like the Michigan qb than the overrated overhyped Washington qb. Since Kap did his protest the QBs in his mold that don’t protest are hyped up as the next it qb. Look at all the hype for hurts. He’s the most consistent over rated qb in the nfl currently
BOA CONSTRICTOR
Still not having explosive 🧨
I hope the guy on the right gets some legal advice real soon. The NCAA said there was no proof that anyone other than Connor Stalion knew about his sign stealing, so if he keeps running his mouth, Harbaugh's attorneys are going to be emptying his wallet.
Boy Kee was so uninformed about Michigan it was uncomfortable to listen to. He’s just saying things and half of it is just wrong.
A lot of holding didn’t get called last night.
Yeah, or Penix would have been sacked about eight times.
@@Yesquire0 holding on *michigan* both on offense and on defense
This why I don’t really watch stuff like this cuz you are talking about the sign stealing we shouldn’t lose the title or nothing that was seen from past years not this year and for two it wasn’t the players doing it so why punish the players they won the championship they beat Ohio state without the coach so they shouldn’t do nothing about it give Michigan the championship and move on to next year
Still asking Taylor Swift to help me
game was an offensive holding clinic lol
Still asking Nick wright professional speaker of facts to explain meaning of discovery
Who got it better than us GOBLUE
I thought the game was going to be closer🤷🏾♂️
As a Michigan fan I thought it was go be close game to
Still not wanting u to come over and beat .e or Russ alone 2
Defense is responsible for making him uncomfortable enough to make him miss those throws..
Yea, and? He’s also the only reason they got there.
Yeah probably his worst performance of his season
@@RickHorejsibecause it was the first elite defense he faced all year
Dude didn’t have time, was getting hit in the ribs over and over and over.
Washington beat Michigan in 91.
Fsu defense makes them top 3
i would have liked to see georgia in the playoff but they were so inconsistent all season and couldn’t win when it mattered
Michigan vs Georgia for next year national championship 🏆
Still not a terrorist
Still have fun with undisputed n key n Sherman the new A team ⭐❤😅
Michael Penix draft stock will fall
Thank god they didn’t put UGA in the playoffs they would have won each game by 60 wouldn’t be entertaining at all
No Michigan would have took care of them
What??
😂😂 only in your dreams
Why didn’t y’all win by 60 against Alabama then?
If they weren’t good enough to get there, what makes you think they would dominate?
Dumbest show I have ever seen. We are the Champs, say lose sa hers.
Still who are you ? Not a Walmart shooter
Damn how many teams are gonna be in the Big "10" next year ? 16 ? Lol schools that are on the Pacific coast moving to a mid west conference ?? College sports are a joke ! SMH
Very underwhelming game for a championship 😢
When you’re done crying you can come join everyone else living in reality. 2023 National Champs 🏆
This is for you 🍼
Michigan didn’t play their best game and STILL beat Bama but I agree Georgia would be a better/tougher matchup but Michigan was clearly better than bama
Why did he fire those 2 coaches in the middle of an undefeated season if they are innocent?
Shame on you, Skip, for going to that pathetic, ridiculous asterisk tale. Key is an abject fool.
@Undispusted Rent Free !Tell Skip oklahoma lost to arizona and TEXAS Will Win A Natty before uo
FIXED...... when I watch the game and see a plethora of Michigan OL holding not called!
*Uncle T* is our money bags booster financing our spy program 🤫😉〽️ go blue!!

Bye Felisha
Hail to the victors
Shut up what's next out your dumb mouth
Fsu would have beat em both tbh
LOL...they would have lost to Michigan by 50 and lost to Washington by 35
That would have been the end of your football program!
