    I think this item is pretty neat and practical, especially for those who already use and carry tools in buckets all the time.
    An will be purchasing or ordering one soon, if I cannot find it anywhere locally at the store.
    What's funny is how hard it is to FIND a Milwaukee BUCKET lol.
    Just literally a plain old, empty, red 5 gallon Milwaukee bucket !!
    The ONLY way I've seen to even get ahold of one, is to order like an 800$ Milwaukee cordless electrical plumbing snake.
    That COMES WITH a 5 gal Milwaukee BUCKET...
    An yes I know that it DOES NOT require a "Milwaukee BUCKET," an that this item works on ANY standard 5 gallon (paint, etc) bucket. Just kind of want one, an have found that they are practically RARE to get ahold of lol.

    Thanks for the review and set up. I was sitting the fence about buying one but I’m sold now 👍

    Instead of that handle that comes with it, I would swap out the handle plastic with the Snappy Grip. I have a review on our channel of that bucket handle upgrade. One of the best things I never knew existed.

    I had a CLC outside only that I pop riveted to the top edge of my bucket. Lasted a long time, untill sharp tools started poking through the bottom of pouches. CLC now only offers the in & out bucket organizers. A lot better bucket is a must. The bail repeatedly tore out of the top edge of my last bucket from NAPA store.

    I can see my employees throwing all the tools. In the bucket now

    Hmmm, I would add some high strength velcro to the bucket and the organizer up at the top of the rim, and see if that adds to the support to keep it up where you strapped it. And, I'd drill a few holes at the top of the bucket rim, and zip tie it in a few places to help hold it up too. Also, that D ring on the lanyard is a place to put a strap to hold the tape measure. Nice video.

    Add some rivets to the top of the bucket through the tool wrap

      Great for filling in stripped screw holes, spreading glue in crevices, detail cleaning in corners, poking things, etc. Super useful in the shop! 😁

    Like the open tool tote what brand is it

      It's made by AWP, but that model is discontinued. I also really like my ToughBuilt one that's similar in size, but can also have their Clip Tech tool pouches attached to it: amzn.to/3Iv4Cer

    How did it hold up 2 years later ?

    • @DoresoomReviews
      @DoresoomReviews  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The more I used it the less I liked it, so I switched back to an open topped tote that offered more organization. It held up fine to light use for about 6 months, sorry I can't speak any further to durability.

      So although I haven't used this item, I've been wanting to purchasing this Milwaukee bucket organizer. Just trying to avoid ordering it, if I can find one locally.
      Besides just liking the Milwaukee brand an quality of products, an wanting a matching item lol.
      I've heard this item holds up very well comparably, an is much stronger and more durable.
      An made of a thicker an stronger nylon then many of the cheaper priced and quality brands when comes to bucket organizers, you'll usually GET what you pay for.
      The other feature however that stood out to me, is how it is entirely fastened and secured to the OUTSIDE of the bucket only.
      Whereas every other one I've seen lines or folds into the inside of the bucket, either to keep it fastened on an/or for additional pockets.
      The work partner I assist always carries all kinds of his crap in buckets, so figure I'd do the same. With added features of the organizer, BUT we often need to use the bucket for water, hauling sand or rocks. Or for mixing cement, an this can be done without removing the Milwaukee bucket organizer or getting it all dirty because of the way it fastens externally.
      An I actually found another (I think older) model made by Milwaukee, that does fold into the bucket with pockets on the inner side as well.
      An says it has like 50 or 55 pockets, instead of something like the 32 pockets this one has.

    I didn't know these came out...did you pick it up at home depot?

    • @DoresoomReviews
      @DoresoomReviews  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I received mine through the Home Depot Seeds Program. I'm not sure if Home Depot has them listed for sale or not yet - I usually link to my review on their website in the video description, but it doesn't look like they have it up on the website yet. A few other online retailers look like they have them for sale, but they might still be a backorder item.

    How's this still working out for you if you're even still using it. I ended up buying a bucket organizer from Lowe's awp hp branded trying to get used to it though never really worked with a bucket. Also the one from awp hp has a tape measure clip which is a huge plus.

      @DoresoomReviews  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I still use it occasionally whenever I need to move around a lot of bulky tools, but I ended up migrating almost everything back to my open top tote. The Milwaukee organizer just didn't have enough small pockets for individual hand tools.

    What was the brand and model of your old bag?

    • @DoresoomReviews
      @DoresoomReviews  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      It was an AWP bag. Don't know the model #, sorry. I've looked high and low since and haven't been able to find it in stores. I don't think they make it anymore. It's a shame they don't, since it's an awesome bag.

      I did a bit more digging, and it was the AWP 1L-22610-1. Here's a picture of it, but I don't think it's sold in stores anymore. alaingazon.ca/HawaiianGarden/Sac%20electricien/Sac%20outil.htmla
      Although, this model on Amazon looks to be a close replacement. www.amazon.com/McGuire-Nicholas-22610-10-Inch-Tool-Tote/dp/B004FYY38M/ref=sr_1_12?s=power-hand-tools&ie=UTF8&qid=1471118391&sr=1-12&refinements=p_4%3AMcGuire-Nicholas
