Excited to see the debut of all the Dewalt tools. The majority of my tools are Dewalt and they have treated me very well over the years. I've considered moving to Milwaukee but never pulled the trigger. Years later I am not at all upset about my choice to stick to Dewalt!

Hey Ryan, you should adjust the width on your shelves that holds your stamps. You don’t need that much height between each shelf. If you lower the heights, you can get maybe one more shelf across the whole thing just a suggestion.🤙

Ryan, I feel you on the electric service. A month ago we had a passing big rig with an unsecured flapping tarp snag the overhead power line to our property and snapped and pulled the power wires down. The utility company came out quickly and made the repair because the wire was still live lying on the ground, but then they just coiled the wire above our pole because the event also damaged our riser and weather head above the meter and they couldn't terminate until that was repaired. After getting bids we had a contractor come out and do the repairs but now the utility company will not come out and do the terminations until the county comes out and certifies the repairs. County was contacted and it has been a waiting game. County recently contacted us and they won't send an inspector out until we send them pictures of the equipment. Really??? And it's not a renovation or new install, it's simply a repair to existing equipment. Been without power for nearly four weeks now and not even sure "when" everything will be finalized. So yes, I feel your pain!

In order to better Ryans company he needs to have more Systems & processes on what the employees need to do to minimize fewer mistakes , nobody's perfect but having systems will help employees do better
The guys need to take initiative as well he has told all of them the same things time and time again and yet they stand there and do nothing or wait til he tells them to do something to do it when it should be done or being done before Ryan even says to do it.

@Ryan - Have you considered purchasing some pop-up canopy tents? There are some that sell for reasonable prices, not too expensive and reconfigure for setting up different shapes, sizes, widths and lengths. Wouldn't that be a viable solution to dealing with rain?

That’s awesome that the kids are all musicians. I grew up playing piano and ironically enough, the discipline and lessons learned at that young age translated later into my adulthood. Plus all the girls like a piano player 😂
Hey just a suggestion for rainy days, you should probably consider investing a couple hundred bucks for a large quick assemble tent roof. And if its too small you can at least have it to put foil over.
There should be a water separator bowl on that machine. It also needs to be emptied because if it's full it will let water in through the system which will mess up the fuel injectors.
@@heyjohnson5535 obviously you're not as smart as you think because water goes right through a fuel filter diesels have water separators on them so before you try looking smart make sure you know what you're talking about
Ryan, it is a pleasure watching your videos and I enjoy your crew. I think that I would figure way to to lock up those stamps. You have a lot of money invested in them. You could wrap the patio section using wrought iron and that way there would be plenty of ventilation. I live in Las Vegas and you couldn't leave anything unsecured here. Any way I love the way you treat your guys, just like a family, and every now and then someone needs the boot, POW!!

I fee llike the one thing that you are missing are security gates around your stamp racks. Maybe because we have to worry more about theft where I live but I still think you should do something to prevent that sort of thing from happening. Awesome content!! Thanks

I know it has to do with several things, if you can with out giving trade secrets I would like to see a video explaining about this. I'd say free up one of those big bottom shelfs and stock up on some release so you always have that on stand-by. I'd say at least the most popular colors! Also, can throw a spray can or 2 that is designated for the release so you always got them in the same place and keep up the highly organized vibe you are going for!

My suggestion is to get Magnetic labels printed for your stamp racks. Kind of nice you can move labels around easy.

I would love to have a set of your old stamps you don’t use anymore I’m thinking about getting in to stamping concrete around my area nobody does it around here just plain concrete think I would get plenty of work and I love watching your videos I watch everyday new ones and old ones keep up the good work and the good content
