@@raycorc that is so wonderful for you. I'm working hard to catch up. I'm 55. But it's ok. I will keep learning and putting the lessons to practice. Thank you Ray...have a great Christmas and New Year x
That's awesome, more people should do that - especially pre-kids. I wish I did house-hacking when I was like 18-25 ish, I know a guy who did it (rented the other 3 bedrooms out) basically lived free and paid off his asset
Thanks mate, I just hit 31 and I’m panicking abit. I’m starting again from literally $9. So I’ve decided to turn my life around and live life to the fullest!
@@getkeenlads3580 love it mate, no shame in that and you have plenty of time (even though it may not feel like that) I did a video ages ago on being about $75000 in debt, and it didn’t feel like much hope at that time, but eventually you get momentum again Keep doing the basics each week - no spending, working a lot and keep trying to improve your career prospects

My advice is renting is dead money, but buy the cheapest livable house possible. I live in a $150k grannt flat in the backyard of my invesment house

@@raycorc Yeah my manager does that! But it is risky in case something goes wrong and you are living in the same space
Did you find this useful? Is there anything you'd add?
