Such a news for me to hear Callas as a “ dramatic mezzo” , I guess lately opera world changed a lot as also people that are listening opera. A lot of confusion around ...maybe I’m too old perhaps.
Carlo, I think I am too old, too. When I see TH-cam comments praising mediocrities like Damrau, Netrebko and Peretyatko, and downgrading artists like Callas, Sutherland and Caballé, then I think something must be wrong with my ears, as well.
