If I were the Queen of the Night, I would've been terrified to sing before Edda!
this was the very first Opera in this very production my mom took me to see in 1982 in Salzburg, I was 6, and it stayed my favorite Zauberflöte production until now...
wow, must have been such a pleasure to be there. such a dreamcast.
That's how it is in her masterclasses :) the young queens are often terrified !
