Thank you for the video! I found similar 3/4*4*8 concrete forming plywood from Menards, but it is a special order, so I can't see the product in stores. I am sure it will be strong enough to hold my weight, but will it be smooth enough. You mentioned that more applications of silicon are needed, but how often? For example, my Horizon treadmill asks for lubrication every 150 miles or three months. What schedule do you recommend if I make a deck with this product as you did? Thank you again!
If using the silicone lubricant in a spray can you should aim for every 20 hours of use or once a month. If using the silicone oil aim for around every 30 to 40 hours of use or once every 2 months.

@@FitnessEquipmentHowTo thanks for the reply!
I'm curious if you had success as I'm looking to order the same product.
I've looked around for this product which you indicate is readily available but can not locate it. Where did you buy it? Thank you.
Bought at a local hardware.
Where are you located?
is this flexible enough to handle running impact?
Yes most definitely 👍
NY, USA
Not sure where to get it in the US as we are in Australia, but google formwork ply and you should get a local supplier
It's special order up here in Canada so it is actually cheaper to buy a new deck
