    Please note that the difference in their caffeine content is major. Also, this video is not biased because based on their ingredients, Ryze offers more health benefits that Everyday Dose. Thanks.

    Everyday Dose in their website clearly stated that they intentionally chose a smaller variety of mushrooms with larger dosage of each variety so that they yield actual benefits while competitors will give you meaningless amounts of each mushroom to the point where it’s not a big enough amount to claim their benefits. Imagine I blended 1 coffee bean, a pinch of turmeric/matcha, a grain of oat/rice, etc and told you that my special blend yields all the benefits of each ingredient combined when in fact it’s just small traces of each thing. How much of something you consume is just as important as consuming it

    I have tried both. My thought is although ryze has more mushrooms and health benefits, everyday does wins out on taste. I can't stomach the ryze. And to pay what you do I feel like you need to at least enjoy it.

      I’ve been using Ryze consistently for monthly now. Yes, the taste is harsh in it’s own… you have to put some honey and almond milk into. Then it’s bearable. And I still enjoy regular coffee, but I now much prefer to start my day with mushroom coffee - the mental benefits are noticeable enough to be worth the taste for me. Haven’t tried Everyday yet but the fact that it only has two mushroom strains seems like you’re missing out on all the other benefits

      Agreed. Ryze tastes absolutely horrible. EDose tastes MUCH better. Plus EDose is not just about the mushrooms, it has Theanine and Collagen which Ryze doesn't.

      @@BartNobleThank you for this assessment. THIS is exactly what I was looking for! Would be so mad buying a nasty tasting product and wasting my money because I couldn't stomach it and trying to force myself to like it because it's supposed to be...beneficial. Ugh! I'll be buying Everyday Dose instead!

      @stephensyptak5464 it depends if they have enough of those other mushrooms to cause any benefits. Having more types of mushrooms isn't always better .

      Perhaps, but I have to admit that after less than a week of drinking 2 cups of RYZE, I felt incredible. My energy was off the charts for a 77 year old woman. My house was never cleaner & I even cleaned my kitchen drawers & reorganized my cabinets. My focus/memory improved so much that my frugal husband was sold on the product because he is 10 years younger than me & tired of me not being able to remember his schedule or what we are having for dinner. He gladly pays the price. But, I wanted to give Dose a try because Dose people are so crazy about it. I have been drinking one cup of each product for 2 months & I feel & look the same as I did when I was just taking RYZE. No improvement in sleep, skin or nails or gut, but I like their free products & rewards program. Neither of them will release any information to me about how many mg's of each mushroom their product contains, e.g, you need 750 mg of Lions Mane in order to get the full benefit, etc. Actually, 2 cups of Neu Roast has almost all of the required amounts of each mushroom & some even more than required. It's also considerably cheaper & available quickly from Amazon, but they run out often according to my daughter. I am considering trying it & and possibly ordering an extra bag or getting it directly from New Roast. They also have ground coffee & flavored coffee so you may not need flavored creamer & can save calories.

      Yeah… I felt the same… I am still not completely sure. More caffeine more proteins… more this or that. That was missing in the message. Maybe we need to find out ourselves.

    While Ryze has more varieties of mushrooms, what you didn't mention is that Everyday Dose uses "fruiting" mushrooms only and does not contain the mycelium base they are grown in to bulk out their product. So yes, Everyday dose is more expensive but the reflection is in the taste and the quality of the content.

    • @djstone5518
      @djstone5518 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Agreed. This sounds like more of a commercial and clearly not a scientific study. Simply asserting it has more variety of mushrooms and therefore it's better is ridiculous. How about an analysis of the actual contents? And of course if you really want to get technical where are the randomized control trials that show the benefits of any one of these? Yes I do drink mushroom-based coffees however when someone claims to be sharing analysis I expected to be analytical in nature.

    • @stephensyptak5464

    Appreciate the breakdown but could use a couple clarification points.
    1. The difference in caffeine is immaterial, so there’s no way you actually feel more energy from one.
    2. Would be nice to know if either brand has an effective dose of the mushrooms

      RYZE & Dose won't release that information to me, but Neu Roast provides their details & they do put the required amount in their product. I looked up the daily amounts necessary on Google. My daughter & grandson drink New Roast but Amazon runs out all the time so best to order a couple bags at the time or get it on the New Roast. It's also much cheaper than RYZE & Dose & you can get ground coffee instead of instant power plus they have flavored so, no extra calories adding creamers. O currently drink 1 cup of RYZE & 1 of Dose each morning but im thinking of trying Neu Roast.

    Oh I just saw the post again and I'll leave it here for you, I'm not trying to shade any brand, I'm currently on my first bag of Ryze an I like it, I'm just trying to inform myself:
    ⚠️ Did you know Ryze mushroom coffee contains oats? ⚠️
    Neither did we until we got the 3rd party lab-results. We aren't against friendly competition, but we’re against brands that use oats or rice, especially when they don't label it.
    They claim 2000mg of mushrooms, but myceliated oats do NOT equal mushrooms. Imagine you ordered potatoes and they threw roots and dirt on your plate? This is equivalent to what myceliated oats are to real mushrooms. Now, don't get us started on extractions. They don’t use an extraction process. Mushrooms contain chitin to help protect itself. If you don't break down the chitin it's harder to absorb the benefits of the mushrooms. That's why Everyday Dose uses a hot water and alcohol extraction process. It’s expensive, but what’s the point if we don’t do it right? We are so confident in our results that we are currently in clinical trials.
    Click to learn more about how Everyday Dose is lab-tested & backed by science to give you the full health benefits of real & great tasting mushroom coffee.

    • @stephensyptak5464
      @stephensyptak5464 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      From my understanding, the mushrooms are grown on oats and Ryze includes the roots that are in the mushrooms as part of what contributes to the mushroom content; the oats that stick to those roots may be what contributes to the carbs in Ryze. But I think it’s also way down on the ingredient list so just because the roots are included, doesn’t mean they make up the bulk of the mushroom contnet

  • @christinamiller2491

    Mushrooms have proteins so if ryze is only 1 g of protein it must have added ingredients versus the everyday dose 4g of protein seems like a lot less bulking… right?!

    • @BartNoble
      @BartNoble 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Mushrooms don't have that much protein. The protein from EDose is likely due to the collagen (which isn't in Ryze), not the mushrooms.

    I’m on my second bag of Ryze only because I pushed through the first and forgot to cancel it before the second bag shipped. 😕. While the nutritional value is great, I can’t get past the flavor. 🤢. And I’m not the only one who thinks this because I have definitely asked those that I know have used it. But, unfortunately, to me, it tastes like the smell of baby formula throw up. Anyone who has bottle fed a baby formula and has had the unfortunate luck of having the baby spit it up knows that smell. 😝 And that, is what Ryze reminds me of. Honestly, I really wish it didn’t, but I just couldn’t smell anything else every time I opened the bag. 😕
