    Dear sir. Thanks a lot for the video explaining in detail all information for creating CREO drawing templates. I just started CREO (4 days ago). But, I am an expert user of Autodesk Inventor: so I could finish some 25 hours of Creo video training. At this moment, with the help of your video, I learnt to create CREO drawing templates.

      Good to see that you are a expert user of Inventor. Now you can easily get all the things in Creo. You can even relate the good and bad part of Creo with Inventor. I too use inventor frequently. It's the most user friendly software, I have ever used.

    One can use the Format Grid to define the Zones. Lines can be Patterned using "Translate and Copy".

    Hello Sir, for making multiple divisions in increments of 2 and 2.5 inches, you could have gone for "Sketch > Edit > Translate and Copy" option. It makes the process much less frustrating and a lot faster.

      @@CADxTraining Sir, is it possible to save views in the model so that those views are available for all future models as well? For examples i want to save Left-Top-Front Isometric, Right-Top-Front Isometric, Left-Top-Back Isometric and Right-Top-Back Isometric and I want these to be readily available for me to use in any future model I create, rather than creating them time and again.

    • @CADxTraining
      @CADxTraining  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes you can create 3D views in the model and save it. Go to the view manager and use the Orient tab to create and save the new views in the model.

      @@CADxTraining Thank you for your response. Yes I can save it and I do, but the next model I design does not have them ready for me to use. IS there something I can add to the config.pro file or the config. sup file?

      For this you need to create part template

    Thank u sir. sir i have small doubt regarding this. Is it required to save both "drawing format" and "drawing of my part" in the same folder? If we are not doing so, my LOGO is missing in drawing of my part. Always its not possible to save both files in same folder right!

    • @CADxTraining
      @CADxTraining  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      For this, you must save your creo formate and template to the system folder.
