Hi Bishal, this could be quite tricky. I know many that can access Business Suite but not the business manager/business settings section. So your case is kinda rare. Might want to try giving access to different accounts and see. All the best to you!
Ok so i have my two business pages linked (ig & fb), but my instagram one i can add regular music tracks, but when i try send to my fb stories it doesn’t work bc it says something about the music restrictions
@@kenangwk Then do you perhaps know if there is a way to access photos and put text within them? This new layout, far as I know, does not allow me to access the photos in draft, like in publishing tools and write text within them. It only allows me to put headline text over the photo itself than within it. My Facebook Page thrives on photo albums and this new layout does not allow me to access the photos. Hence I have to upload the albums at a time no one notices, and then access the photos and put a text within them. Otherwise its a race against time. People might click on the photos and scroll through empty photos, before im able to put the text in. Do you know how I access them in draft or is that just not a possibility with this new layout?

Hi Amira, sorry not really sure what you meant. But one thing I know, FB is going hard into rolling business suite. There are time where I was forced back to Business Suite as well. I find it quite buggy temporarily and hopefully they can get it fixed soon.

All I have there under "Manage Business" is: payments, apps, brand safety, collavoration center, events manager, account quality, media libary and business settings. Do you know issues with older private facebook accounts that are admins? My account was created in 2013. A newer private account (created 2021) with admin role don't have the problem and has access to Business Suite.
For all, who struggle with the same problem: Business Suite isn't rolled out for every account yet - it should be done for all, when they close Creator Studio. Contacting Meta Support helped me. They unlocked Business Suite for me - now I can use it and can change between Business Suite and Business Manager

But i do not have Business Suite option in the List ? How can i add a Business Suite Option ? is it due to outdate account ?

Yeah, most probably due to country restriction. It happens sometime. Sadly, nothing much we can do about it.
