But yes, it would be nice.
@@gedeo I agree, it's not enough... most were bailed out, but still, play stupid games, win stupid prizes. That is exactly what Elmo was doing with Tesla, Twitter and other companies that everyone somehow forgot about...
@@gedeoall it takes is a few bad decisions over a couple years and all that billionaire money becomes nothing but useless paper with no value. When that happens we're all poor and it becomes survival of the fittest.
Ugliest truck ever.
It looks like something in a Robo Cop movie.
Totally agree
It looks like something a 4-year old would design after he accidentally overdosed on the cough syrup. Fugly!
And I am sure that Ford, GM or what used to be Chrysler NEVER had lay-offs.........
Imagine you relocated to that dump of a state only to get laid off !!
The layoffs was waaaaaay more than that lol
Amazon does the same thing, This is One of the biggest reasons why they won’t unionize
Great Resignation
They fired 2,700 employees and they also decided to pay 1 employee about 53B what a way to save cost.
But that's not all, the stock price went up by 10% after the news of firing. That means that many people/investors are happy when a lot of employees are getting fired.
Hooyah!!!
Unfortunately, this is how lay off work. Big companies do it not just Tesla.
Tesla is the best car company ever! No gas stations, No oil changes, No smog check, No corrupt dealership, No catalytic converter and as fast as a $650,000 Lamborghini
Wow not a company I EVER want to work for Not cool Tesla
That's what that "at will" employment clause in your offer letter you signed before coming onboard
2:15 How is this ridiculous? that's how layoffs work... this chick been living under a rock the last 3 years?
Fortune 500 companies have been laying off folks by the 1000s for the last 3 yrs
your not entitled to permanent job security... it's not personal, it's big business
This Tesla truck sooooooo ugly
Layoff aka fired. You haven't been laid off. You're non-essential. You're no longer needed and you've been terminated. And I'm an old guy. When I got kicked to the curb at age 55, I got no notice. Just a call to come to the office at a certain time. They read from a legally prepared document, which took about 60 seconds and 2 minutes later, I was out the door. So, get over your absurd expectations that you will get or deserve special treatment, so your feelings aren't hurt. They don't care about your feelings, and they don't care how you're going to pay your bills. That's on you.
Cybertruck was a mistake and is tanking the whole brand. Who wants to be associated with that " thing" on wheels.
Ugliest car ever made. The Pontiac Aztek and Buick Rendezvous personally thank him for stealing that status.
This is why i hate to work for someone, because you don't know what they are thinking, self employment is the way to go for me, am so sorry for guys especially my fellow men , because we need to pay bills we need to take our children to school we need to put food on the table, but some someone just wakes up one morning and he does the unthinkable this is not right this is not fair please don't treat people like this.
I would say boycott Tesla but in all actually Elon is doing a fine job of boycotting Tesla himself.
I guess the EV car sales are not going so good even when they are being pushed on the public~! Shalom
Who do you work for??
wait hauler deliveries!!?!!!
This isn’t a surprise?
I am sorry for the employees.
They sent an email. So warm & fuzzy, Musk!
Don't worry your company will go through the same thing. 😂😂😂😂👍
Be sure to vote ‘YES’ to Elon’s $56,000,000,000 pay package. Of course a small fraction of that amount could have kept 14,000 Tesla workers well paid for another year until the economy improves - but Elon really deserves ALL of it.
What did Texas win in having Tesla ?
JOBS!
@@terriseaton3049which as you can clearly see are all...now...gone. And furthermore migrants, which you can also see, are now a huge number of Texas population, make no mistake, American jobs are out, migrants and ai will replace everyone. This is the great replacement
@@terriseaton3049 LAYOFFS. If You "Subsidize" My Company I Will Create More Jobs Than "Tesla" SOME "FREE MARKET" USA HAS
And companies wonder why many employees don’t give a crap when they are treated like this!
If you were going to buy a new vehicle, would you want an employee who is disgruntled about receiving notice of his/her pending layoff continuing to come to work and assembling the vehicle you will be driving in the future? While i feel sad for the abruptly laid off employees, the safety of myself and my family who would be riding in the vehicle comes first.
Just in time for earnings season!
This is normal for Tesla. They always lay off and will rehire. This is their hiring pattern
One word. Unionize
Guessing that nobody is buying the stupid looking truck. 😂
actually, PD are considering it.
That’s why I would not work for any of these companies…unless I would have a 50% markup to ensure I would have a savings account to last for several years….its not worth working for them
Layoff’s are usually brief but an overnight email is tacky, further evidence of this would be appreciated. Getting laid off is not a pleasant experience but happens when jobs are obsolete. My memories of layoffs were from the unionized Stelco steelworkers often during Christmas breaks. It’s only common courtesy though for your immediate supervisor to break the bad news.
Never work hard for others.
Hey Tesla watch your 6😂😂😂😂
as it should be ... Texas is a right to work state -- they employees were the lower 10% when it comes to performance.
Grow up kids -- a little dose of the free market.
I got to work before seeing the email.
I always check my email before as I get ready for work. Its good practice.
@@dr.emilyacevedo812 I don't ever have time. I would have 10 minutes to get ready and be out the door
Good. Fire all those overpaid union thugs. Now they have to get a REAL job like the rest of us!
DONT work for companies or gov!!! Small business and self employed. Also contractor work
Lots of farm jobs in the field in Southwest Arizona, get paid daily in cash!!
Bye, Bye electric cars. No one wants to search high and low for a charging station.
glad they finally canned an exec. those clowns think they're untouchable
Wow, that's a really harsh way to get laid off.
Instead of email... Elon should come to his house and handover the letter to him personally.
Based on the "employees" interviewed, sounds like Tesla did the right thing.
I am boycotting Tesla. They don't care about their workers nor their customers. EVs = range anxiety.
and you wonder why they moved to Texas!
Wow, they can just turn on and turn off employee's. Just think what the future brings for the rest of us?
Heartless individual!! His bank acc is full!
that's what happens when there's no union contract.
Lol now they can't blame the company for overspending on giving percs to lazy employees, just the economy and maybe people thinking twice before buying this car and how expensive it is to fix. Is Space x profitable?
This happened to me. It’s shocking and really crappy lol
Thanks for this viseo
This is why we have social laws in the workforce in europe.
Bet they aren’t cutting any costs on elons end at all. Js
Americans should boycott Tesla, it’s ridiculous to expand its production and hiring in China but in turn fire Americans that supported it so much.
CEO need an email lay off.
Bet the CEOs still get a fat paycheck.
maybe but they finally fired an executive this time, usually nothing happens to them despite these problems being their fault
@@michelep9477no. He stepped down
The mega I'll computerize your crash car. 😂
So truth! Another axiom, nothing good can last forever.
Sounds like the layoff was not handled well, what a shame. I would feel shame to drive a Tesla car on the road now. The logo is now a symbol of shame to me. My sympathy to the thousands of Tesla employee that got layoff and shocked.
LOL! I guess you never have been laid off. This is how private companies do…why would they tell everyone that they are going to lose their job days away? Guess why they don’t tell you…🤷🏻♂️
BooF’nHoo
It may feel nice to feel as you do, reality has thorns.
Did you vote for the Chump? Asking for a friend!😡😡☀️
