Eberspacher airtronic D2-D4 yellow signal turn on wire.

an update on this scania heater, it works, I've managed to get the thing to work, i had forgotten to reconnect the intake air temp sensor once it was back on it started straight away.
the fan motor that i thought would need to be changed does not need changing as both 24 volt and 12 volt use the same motor, the voltage for the fan motor is controlled by the ECU itself.

Hello. I now have the same heater on the table. Scania activates it via the CAN line, i.e. theoretically, it will not be possible to start it outside the car on the diagnostic table. Did you do it? I only managed to read the errors by connecting the diagnostic interface, power supply and the yellow wire to 24V. The heater did not start then.

I have a 24 volt scania ecu out of a 2017 topline 450 i didnt think it would work but i wired it up as i would of done with a normal d2 and it worked took about 2 or 3 mins to think about running but the ran ok, got to make sure everything is connected to the loom otherwise it will fail start as it runs through self test. The yellow wire to stat it must be from the same positive as the main power positive.

I have 9 d4 an easysmart timer a fuel pump and 12v battery.
I have no signal on the timer i dont know how conect all cable .. can u help me ?

Does it supposed to start heating as well or just the fan starts up?

Should heat as well, if just fan working theres a fault

For me heater didn't kick in, I waited for 1 min or so. But when i connect the control unit everything was fine, not sure what was wrong.
