This was the make or break year for Forkner. He just can’t avoid injury, and that was possibly his biggest crash ever. It’s either time to switch teams or just call it quits for him, these crashes are just getting worse and worse each year, one of them is gonna be the end. Also in recent years there’s been a few guys hit the concrete and get seriously injured. If the AMA can give out 1.5 million at the end of the year would it really cost that much to drag in some big crash mats to put on the edge of the track?

ALL of the kawi guys need to switch teams, that team has been such a shit show since RV! Seth and Mcadoo always look out of control, AC is perpetually injured (along with AF), Jett Reynolds literally didnt make a race on that team. I'd have to be paid pretty handsomely at this point to ride one of those green death machines.
I remember watching Brian's Ghost Ride as a kid. Good on Deegan. Hate that for Forkner. He's fought and come back so many times only to have these nasty crashes. Hope nothing but the best for him.

Congratulations to H. Deegan on winning 👍👍, A. Forkner's misfortune was heartbreaking. Someone commented that it might be a good idea to quit motocross... which crossed my mind as well. In Japan, there is a ritual called purification. The bike Austin rides is made by a Japanese manufacturer. Maybe it would be better to rely on God or divine rituals...I can't help but feel like I'm possessed by something. That being said, I hope for a quick recovery. Austin, do your best! !

I have reviewed Forkner crash several times. It is not his mistake. Rear shock worked ugly... How it happened? Rear wheel jumped like if rear shock was absent. I don't understand why team of mechanicks don't looked this problem early. I wish Forkner fast recovery.
Nope. His legs were in a weak bent position so when he cased the bike reacted normal as the suspension is set up very fast but he folded due to his positioning unsettling the bike.
@@fletch163 1.43 - Forkner ready down to ground and want open full throttle. 1.44 - his rear wheel in air. There is no acceleration. Instead fly to next top, he is crashes into the wall.
Imo looks totally his mistake. The bike came up short on the jump but the body moved like he was clearing it.

This track, was rubbish, none of the riders in any class seemed to get it flowing. The trick seemed to be to go slower around the track than what the speed your bike wants to go round. Riders were falling off everywhere.

Lol. With that logic, sexton shouldn't have celebrated any title he's won. Both his 250 titles were handed to him on a platter, and the 450 title was luckiest title of all time. Yet he celebrated as if he destroyed everyone all year long.

I said before the start of the season, the only way Deegan loses the 250 Easy Coast championship is if he crashes out. There is never any competition in the East Coast series because its for rookies, yet its his 2nd year. All Deegan has to do is show up now. It was a bitch move when he tried to take Forkner out in the heat race instead of pass him straight up, but that's who the Deegans really are if you have been paying attention.
It's called sending the competition a message , the only person who doesn't do that is Eli . Eli gives his competitors way way too much room.
