I feel like this is probably kinda weird but I dunno how else to go about it.
My name's Clay and I'm a landscaper in Tennessee and I just came across a MINT condition Sailor Moon Play-a-Sound book from 1996.
I remembered the show from growing up in the 90s so I saved it from the trash and my wife and I just looked it up tonight and found that even pretty used ones were going for 200-300 dollars on Ebay and Amazon and pretty much everywhere.
Since its in such good condition my wife was saying it should really go to a collector who'll love it and appreciate it, so we looked on TH-cam for Sailor Moon collection and we found you.
Its seriously ridiculously good condition, not a flaw we could find, even the sound buttons work perfectly (and I think it's probly got the original batteries still, based off the condition).
Anyway me and my wife don't really do social media or we would have reached out on Facebook. If you're interested in it just respond to the comment and I'll send you my email or phone number or whatever. We just felt like we ought to reach out to a collector. Thanks
You might see it listed for that price but I don't think it's selling for that. Probably it's worth $20 at most. I have one already. Best wishes with your sales! ❤️

haha no I think there is someone that did that though! People with larger collections usually have to store things. I try to curate my collection so it can all be on display :)

haha ty! I think someone has that, actually? but their collection is mostly in storage containers and I try to limit myself to only what I can display. I like to be able to see and enjoy it all :)

hi there first off your collection is just amazing. I actually found your video when I was looking up ways to repaint my own Sailor Moon wands from the 90s, they have damage I guess from the lights in the room I display them in :( I was wondering what kind of paint you use to restore your wands and lockets?

Lovely collection I couldn't even attempt a collection this big while living in a apartment complex or rent a storage unit out of fear break in or other things like weather conditions or field mice chewing on stuff. If I didn't promise a friend I'd let you have my unopened dic salior mercury & salior jupiter keychains got at a goodwill store 50 cents for both

Thank you for showing this. I saw a few of my own collectibles among your own. Mostly the North American items. I was wondering if you have or know of a sailor moon mirror? Pressing buttons would have audio of different phrases from the characters? Just curious.
I'm not familar with that item, sorry! There was a Dream Mirror released recently, but I don't think it made sounds.

how much did all of your items cost you,because i have been thinking about collecting as well 😁
I used to keep a detailed spreadsheet for everything but I've sort of lost track of that over the years with other priorities. The prices on items vary wildly based on the market. If you start colleting now, I'd recommend sticking with new release stuff at first. Vintage prices are generally pretty high right now. ♥

I started collecting in 2006. A lot of stuff I bought through private groups (on LiveJournal in ye olde days, now more Facebook and Twitter). I got some stuff at conventions and some stuff through online stores. A lot of it is waiting to find a good deal (for example, my Stallion Reve was $80. I will never forget that great find!). After that, it's just lots and lots of time. I did have a really good run from like 2009-2012 when I was working full time and making art on the side and all my art money went to toys :'D

Wow! I have one keychain with Sailor Venus. I think one figurine can make some little girl so happy. I believe things are pointless if you don't get to enjoy them, and these are way too many. But I get the point of a collection. Impressive!

LoL the cats seem to boil over, out of the wardrobe. You are the First One I see who uses a wardrobe for such a huge collection. Thats smart.
I am always interested in the posters. Rarely I see someone spend 5 seconds to show the pictures from a total view. 😔 Its always the case! 😑

@@SailorAstera wow the commision poster I like. I dont understand it, because I dont know all the characters, but it looks good and I made a commision, too. From a spray-paint-artist from canada and with planets. I have some fan-made already. I like it!
@@SailorAstera I like the shiny baby-blue one the most, from what I have seen. (The holographic 1 from hottopic 2008) I check some details and save them, maybe ebay or something. Thanks! Its hard to find some with good backgrounds, I think.
