I am fostering a dog now that I think is full Pit (Wife thinks he's a Staffy). He's slightly over 18" and weighs 65-70 lbs, right in the Pit range. Confident and coolest little feller ever.The dog in the video looks like what they call a Pitbull XL. Pits cross bred with other breeds, one being the American Bulldog.
I would personally use a pinch collar, when walking either one of them. When you're dog see it, they will sit b4U, & when walking, they will heel to your side, & move on your command. I have seen professionals work w/ a leach, & without a leach, & still have control. Incredible ❤️ So grateful to have had a dog all my life.

I am not saying that is what is happening in this video . I do know that pit bulls dogs get a bad name that they don’t deserve. I had a miniature schnauzer and I was at the beach in Florida and this lady was walking her pit the same time that I was walking my dog Buddy. I had him and my nephew who was 10 years old at the time . I was going out of my way and trying to hold Buddy back from going over to the pit. The lady said that her dog was gentle and got along well with otter dogs. Her dog was a female and Buddy was a male so I thought it would be okay it Buddy would just go and smell her dog his little stub of a tail was wagging. But the little nut went into attack mode. I am so glad that her pit was so gentle and just looked at Buddy like are you crazy I could fit your whole head into my mouth if I wanted to. The only reason why I can figure why Buddy tried fighting her was because he thought he was protecting my nephew because he was really protected over him. It has been about 4 years now since he died and I don’t think I will ever get another dog. When he died it was just like losing a family member. He was the best and smartest dog I ever had in my 55 years of life. It just took 2 weeks to house train him. I would tell him to put his toys back into his toys box and he would put them back. But my long comment is that pit bulls gets a bad name that most don’t deserve. If I was to ever get another dog I would definitely consider getting a pit . The only thing that is a downside against them is that they shed. I like dogs that doesn’t shed. I hope that everyone has a wonderful day.

I would personally use a pinch collar, when walking either one of them. When you're dog see it, they will sit b4U, & when walking, they will heel to your side, & move on your command. I have seen professionals work w/ a leach, & without a leach, & still have control. Incredible ❤️ So grateful to have had a dog all my life.

I can’t stand the kind of scum that would fight these beautiful dogs just for money! People like that can’t be trusted and in my opinion are lowlife’s. I am not saying that is what is happening in this video . I do know that pit bulls dogs get a bad name that they don’t deserve. I had a miniature schnauzer and I was at the beach in Florida and this lady was walking her pit the same time that I was walking my dog Buddy. I had him and my nephew who was 10 years old at the time . I was going out of my way and trying to hold Buddy back from going over to the pit. The lady said that her dog was gentle and got along well with otter dogs. Her dog was a female and Buddy was a male so I thought it would be okay it Buddy would just go and smell her dog his little stub of a tail was wagging. But the little nut went into attack mode. I am so glad that her pit was so gentle and just looked at Buddy like are you crazy I could fit your whole head into my mouth if I wanted to. The only reason why I can figure why Buddy tried fighting her was because he thought he was protecting my nephew because he was really protected over him. It has been about 4 years now since he died and I don’t think I will ever get another dog. When he died it was just like losing a family member. He was the best and smartest dog I ever had in my 55 years of life. It just took 2 weeks to house train him. I would tell him to put his toys back into his toys box and he would put them back. But my long comment is that pit bulls gets a bad name that most don’t deserve. If I was to ever get another dog I would definitely consider getting a pit . The only thing that is a downside against them is that they shed. I like dogs that doesn’t shed. I hope that everyone has a wonderful day.
