I think it might be because the chocolate hadn’t been tempered properly, it causes crystallisation and those spots. It doesn’t harm the chocolate though 😊 I haven’t full got the hang of tempering chocolate myself but there’s sone great videos online for it.

After a day in the fridge, mine got strange spots on them. Would you k ow why? Spots color is like a bright brownish

Can I use olive oil instead of cocoa butter?
cocoa butter will set, where as oil wouldn't I am afraid.

I don't think so no because of the temperatures they set hard at. But I haven't tested it sorry
