It's just practice. If you find yourself going too fast into the corners, try practing with a low powered car through a narrow map.

Ya realize the stock shifter does plastic toy force, look up amstudio to make it closer to a real gearshifter.

some people say that you can use the shifter without the cluch is this true? cause if it is it sucks
Even in real life you can do that if you are skilled and gentle enough. But in assetto corsa, its much more exaggerated and is pretty easy to do so. But you could grind the gears if not done properly.

Yes it will probably not with everything maxed out but you will be able to run it with pretty good graphics settings
