Hey guys I don’t understand why this rack doesn’t allow the solar panels to mount flush with top of the rack. This was my only request and that the kit was complete because I purchased an open box. Kit arrived and the 80-20 sits several inches above the roof of the van and after I watched this video I see you mounted the solar higher than the rack so it’s totally visible. So because the kit came with no instructions and the seller can not tell me where all the parts go and because I would need to modify the rack to make the panels flush I am probably going to return it.
We can't guarantee any fitment on any other roof rack besides ours, however it does have a flat face that mounts to the side profile of our roof rack. If your roof rack looks similar to our DRIFTR it may work, but we can't confirm that. Let us know if you try it and if it works!
Is this the 148 extended? I'm looking for a Ford Transit 148 extended and love the look of your van. Also, what kinda wheels are those and what lift kit are you using?
How did you cut the bottom part of the ladder to work with the transit? Looks like had to make space for a pinch weld by modifying the bracket.
Clean rack! I like it. Definitely something we will offer our clients.
Awesome! We appreciate it!

Rack looks great. Can you explain why you did not just seal the mounting brackets first and then build from there? Thanks.
I like your ladder. I have a 23 Ford transit high roof. I have different roof rack. Seems like I should be able to use this.

What if you don't have factory holes. Do you have racks for ford econolines.
I want to buy for my siding business. would you recommend. I have a bunch of extention ladders and scotfolding
You could do that. You should have lots of mounting options. There's' plenty of places you can strap stuff down or use our roll in t nuts we supply.

Great looking rig. Any plans to produce a medium roof version??
Appreciate it! No sir, unfortunately it's not on our radar currently. We're seeing a much larger number and demand of high roof models on the market.
I ordered the it then sectioned out 10 inches for my medium roof
