Tips for people who are about to do this. Get all the elite coils and very rare coils by going to each tribe village and talking to the weapon shop and outfit shop. Also get all the circulator, primary nerve and apex hearts of the big monsters and also get earth grinder, fangs, tails and tusks if the machine has these. Have at least one brimshine and at least one of each of the greenshine items (sliver, chunk and cluster). If you got at least one of each of these items then doing this 11 times is enough to upgrade everything you got. Doing it 11 times gives you at the minimum 1024 of each item.

@@varunv6754 when and where did you get the message. You should get a message that the arena quest failed after you crossed said bridge with a flying mount. When you look at the top of your screen you should see the arena time, which stopped. If this is so by you, then everything worked just fine. After you flied over the bridge, got the message arena abandond, turn back with your flying mount and head to the camp shown in the video. There you put as much items as you like from the inventory in your stash. Then fly back to the arena and restart the grim-challange and then abandon it. You start out with your old inventory + plus all the things you laid in the stash. As long as you don't get teleported back in the arena after the arena-quest failed notification appears, everything is fine. It happened once by me. Why i don't know. Check if your game is up do date and then do everything as he did in the video. Same way and everything. Should work.

Works on PC april 2024, only thing you need to do different is put everything in the stash at the shelter otherwise it isn''t in your inventory for that part and won't duplicate coils (especially elite crit). If you stand in front of the wooden door pess slightly left or right to auto climb on it.

Doesnt look that much smaller, but I guess its the arm parts that block you? No clue, but I'm through 1st try with the different armour!

I wish I knew this earlier, I had all activities completed and all my legendary weapons maxed out before I knew this. Nevertheless was fun to see so many shards in my inventory 😅 It hurts to think of the times I spent farming fireclaw and frostclaw sac webbings when it would have been so easy with this 🤦🏻♂️
Just FYI Aloy does not require that platform to get to the gate... she's able to jump onto the second level and get to the gate without the platform... in case it gets blown away by the machines.
It still works including ps5 just harder to do. Aloy does not automatically crouch anymore just let her jump on. After she does that press the crouch button while you keep walking into door and let her slide off (stop walking forward) after that she should be crouched head glitched into the door then go from there. If that did not work you schuld not be able to go under the door, try again its not hard after a few good tries i can do it easy now. (Still works late 2023)👍
PSA: there’s 32 bit integer limit on both stash inventory per item and shards so don’t exceed them If you do it goes into negative and after that you are probably fucked
Wrong. If you reach the hard limit, all you need to do is get rid of items or shards to get back below the limit. Then everything will work normally again.

I think instead of looking for signs of crouching animation and sound. just keep running into that wall standing until aloy no longer automatically step up the door. kinda wiggle a bit to check she no longer step up and then crouch and continue like the tutorial said.
if you're that desperate to get more of the same items, instead of doing this glitch a lot of times, its better to use cheat engine and find the variable of the item you want more, and change it to the number you would like
In order to duplicate faster; before you 3nter the arena for the first time, move everything you can from your stash to your inventory and proceed with everything else, this helps to duplicate exponentially
A little late but what I’m doing is creating a job with the vendor that sells with medals pick something you can afford and than just don’t buy it. Joe you have a quest waypoint on your map for the arena. Now you put an actual waypoint on lowlands path and that way you get there and than just follow the map back to the arena. Hopefully that makes sensw
Exponential increase from the duplication process. Each Pod is worth 5 Metal Shards. And since there is no soft limit on the number of Pods Aloy can hold, you can duplicate the Pods until you have around 400 million to sell. Sale: 400 million x 5 = 2 billion Metal Shards (which is close to the hard limit of any ingame amount of around 2.1 billion.
Okay. Does not work on PC. Once you've gone past everything - the game says you've failed the challenge and it brings you to the arena after the cutscene to talk the challenge giver.
@@Chuddy I did everything correctly. Got past the gate and was on the way to the shelter when the game says I've failed the challenge and it brings me back to the cutscene in the Arena. I can't even call a mount when on the way to the shelter - it's all blocked. I tried mine with the latest update which was yesterday. IS yours the un-updated version. If so, don't update yet. I really wish you're right and I'm making a mistake but I'm not. The game just runs a cutscene when you're on the way to the shelter. I'll definitely try again today, for sure.

I get you abandoned the challenge as soon as I leave the area around arena. How did you get it?

Can confirm this works on PC just now. Took me less than 20 minutes to get enough coils and weaves for all weapons/gear.

You'll get 4 the first time, then 8 then 16 then 32 then 64 then 128 then 256 and so and so forth. The increase is exponential

Metal fertilizer pods dont stack more than 10k (i tried in ps4) but the method worked well

ya still works its just slower to get back
It still works but you have to follow the route past the bridge, that's the important part if you're on the ground.
U all sure this still wrks cuz im on ps4 dont have burning shores and the challenge cuts out as failed before i can get to the bridge then sends me bk to the arena😢

Same here, got stuck on outer gate. - DO NOT USE THE THUNDERJAW ARMOUR! Its too big, somehow?!? I used Tenakth Skirmisher and it allowed me through. Weird, but works on PS5 with current patch.
@@SuperAp0calypse has nothing to do with the armour you wear. Armours don't affect the size of Aloy's hitbox. The way you perform the manipulation to glitch through the door does though. You have to make sure to not run, stand or jump at any point during the process.

Does this only work on ng + ultra hard? Im playing normal and once I get past the first bridge on the sunbrid, the challenge fails and it takes me back to the arena menu
