And my perspective went from the third person and I saw myself going through the cube of water flying through and I felt nothing but happiness. As if I was being cleansed. I woke up slowly after that. I was awoken unfortunately by my friend but never the less, I will never forget how I felt that day.

I am not able to speak a single word in front of boys. I does a lots of meditatiob, exercise, goes for movies, stand up comedies, atte ds psc exams and attends interviews. I want to stay positive always and wants to achieve greats in life it seems like am not able to speak a single word in front of boys even after talking a lot to girls. I used to talk with boys conffidently. But now i qm not able to speak a single wordin front of them. Will everything come to normal and will i be able to enjoy my life again. Who isn't broken? Cry. Who stays "clean" without showering? Who stays strong without eating? Who doesn't have to brush his teeth? It's a maintenance thing; it's a growth thing..... Stay kind and buy kleenex, as needed.
It's important not to fake positivity. We are humans and sometimes there is light and pleasure sometimes there is pain and darkness this is part of our human experience and both are necessary. If you feel sad that's okay let it out . Each time you. Cry you are healing. Let it out.
How can one relax when a loud commercial comes on!? Really!? How about silent commercials for those who might be meditating along with this. Must be a rude awakening!? Hmm....
