    This is the best and most realistic aesthetic typing notes video I’ve seen!!

    Thank you, Andy! This is awesome video. I always wondered how I can make my notes more aesthetically pleasing, and you provided a great one stop shop for all the interesting tricks. Way to go!

      Andy - thanks so much for this video. Can you help me understand how you everyday use the "Aesthetic" Section you've created with the Font Style Templates, Asset Library and such? You spent time and energy to create all of it, but how do you use it across notebooks? Do you MOVE that section to whatever notebook you're working on, and want to quickly apply the features you've assembled? At first I thought you might COPY the section to every notebook, but on more thought I would MOVE it so it's just one Section that contains the most updated templates and assets you like (versus having different copies everywhere.) I suppose in a perfect world you could keep Aesthetic in its own notebook and access as needed, but that would mean having two notebooks open and active at the same time. I know this is possible with split screens but it feels cumbersome, no? Truly appreciate an answer.

      Hi Jane. First, thanks a lot for the superthanks. I really appreciate it.
      I use Tiago Forte's PARA method to organize my notebooks. PARA stands for Projects, Areas, Resources, and Archive. I have 8 active notebooks at any given time: 4 for work and 4 for home. Things like style templates or stickers are saved in my Resources notebook. I can copy and paste these items to any notes in any notebook, so I don't have to move this section around. Let me know if this makes sense.

    @Andy Park, Thanks for the videos. I want to stay in the MSFT ecosystem and use OneNote for my “second brain” but the visual looks of apps like Craft, the database power of Notion, and the graph/linking power of Obsidian make it hard to commit to MSFT without having to start paying for things like OneNote Gem, OneMore, and other Add ins for advanced features that should be standard (to include mind mapping). Any tips on getting OneNote to play more like Craft, Notion, Obsidian, Anytype, Capacities, etc.?

    • @alts63
      @alts63 ปีที่แล้ว

      not all add-ins cost $ Take a look at Onetastic Macro based and a large library of prebuilds to choose from. Their is a pay tier if you want or need more customization.

    How did you make your list in the last tip a Todo list? It seemed like one click gave you check boxes. Where is that?

    • @AndyPark365
      @AndyPark365  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It's a tag. You can highlight your list and choose the "Todo" tag from the Home ribbon. I used the shortcut CTRL +1 to use that tag. Your shortcut to Todo may be different, so make sure you check in your tags list.

      Ha. Thanks Ray. My thought was that since it's Graphics Interchange Format, I pronounced it with a G. But I realize the creator of GIF itself has settled the debate with the correct pronunciation being Jiff. So you're right, and I stand corrected. 😁
