I enjoyed the video. I have the exact same popcorn machine and I have two problems. First of all, a lot of popcorn comes out burnt and lots of kernels unpopped. I do not know if I am putting enough oil or not enough. Either way, you might think I just have to turn it off earlier, but this is not the case because, like I said, lots of kernels are unpopped. The other problem I have is that, even when I turn it off, when I take the bowl and plate away from the machine, a big flame comes up. It's super scary and THANK GOD I did not have my face nearby.
The west Bend stir crazy is the best ever. I use Orville Redenbachers popcorn and oil. Three or 4 corns not popped. Just wait til the last pop it will not burn.
flavacol seasoning in your oil and it's just like the theaters....I use to work in theater
Good Guide line
You two are cute! Thanks for the video!

It might be a bit too late but did you say FLAME?? Do not use it at all!
It's faulty, chances are the other problem is also because of that.
