I love your channel and especially the strum direction chart which is very unique. My big wish list item is a Next Chord area below the chord you are playing. Your videos are great for in depth learning of a particular song, but I like to play a lot of different songs that I don't memorize too and I am always a beat behind on your videos because it takes me that split second to see the chord, and then try to reach it. It ends up frustrating me. I love everything else. :)

Unfortunately, due to the fact that each video takes about 6 hours to create, I cannot add any additional info to them as it would take way too long and I would lose the will to live. I do provide free song sheets for most of my videos at my free website with chords place above the lyric where the change occurs so you can use those with the videos to help you follow what is going on. Hi Robin - It’s called a palm mute; you have to place your hand across all the strings on a down strum a fraction of a second before the pick hits. It’s all about timing and finding the best position for your hand to make contact. It took me a few days of practice (on and off in bursts of about 10 minutes 3 or 4 times a day) but It was worth it.
