Scott he still owns it m8 as far as I'm aware use to deliver to him he was so rude...hope he dont see this or you might have a few problems with him..
Well as far I know he shouldn’t leave it if he dose or doesn’t own it but he should not let it get so overgrown to be far and he is asking for trouble to be far as i I have explored this location 2 times but I don’t vandalise places I go to places to video and take pictures like urban rot dose

I don’t think he is, my grandfather worked for him back in the 80s building a fence round his farm and he said that he was very nice and respectful

Such a shame to see it fall into disrepair like that. It needs rescued. If Paul McCartney owns it it could make a great wee demo studio and songwriting retreat, but he has enough places like that and probably doesn't need another one. Thanks for sharing. Great video.

If he was to look into some of the discarded items he would probably find evidence of who lived there. The house is perfect, ill take it.
Ok so if I am correct, this is Paul’s house in Sussex that he bought just down the road from his mansion of Which he shared with Linda when she was alive (also where Linda’s ashes were scatttered) when he married heather they were still living in the mansion and she could not bare to live with the feeling that Linda was still apart of the marriage and so Paul bought this house to try to help heather escape her thoughts. He still owns this (as far as I’m aware) but he now lives in his 8-bed mansion again where he recently said he spent lockdown with his daughter Mary and her family.

@@rafasounds-qi5rm I heard he’s super cheap and Linda was cheap too. The apartment Linda lived in when she met Paul is behind my apartment. They kept the place till after Linda died. It was renovated into a triplex and sold for a few million. Linda came from wealth too. She was accustomed to getting everything she wanted from her parents. She also received a settlement from the plane crash her mom died in.

It’s called civil trespassing and there was a way in any way so wasn’t braking the law
There was access when we turned up, nothing was broken to get in or anything like that and we also secured it after we left so it couldn't be damaged after we left.

think its a case of too much money and just can't track of it all, i expect he has someone supposed to be managing and looking after his estates who aren't doing their job and we've just come through lockdowns and a plandemic too

if this is down Peasmarsh way, I believe Heather McCartney stayed there. I've seen another video of someone trying to show Paul's larger home in the town and when he passed the oast he said Paul's daughter liked to stay there.

A skilled carpenter could restore that nicely.... Doesn't appear to need much more than a cleaning and painting. I'd tear up the kitchen linoleum and put down tile.... Give the outside a good pressure washing.... and manicure the lawn.

He also owns a farm in Campbeltown on the West Coast of Scotland that he has abandoned. Would make a good vid if you were in that neck of the trees.
@@artvandelay409 How do you know? Are you connected to the place in any way? I know someone who went up there and had a good look round up close recently, no one bothered them. Scotland has an ancient 'no trespass law' that still stands anyway.

Of course there is a lot of Beatle " fans" who make their way over but there is security. Won't say any more but Joe above knows what he's talking about and he's right, have only been back on a couple of occasions . Too many memories of Linda and the kids so don't want to sell ..

@@jamesdean8669 So the farmer up the road does 24/7 security there? Hope he gets paid well by Bill. He needs to step up, although I hear Bill's a bit tight despite his millions. Tell him He needs to pay proper 24/7 security instead of Farmer John if he wants to stop people. I know a couple of foxes who got through security in the summer and had a good root around and got plenty of good footage of what they went for. As you were.
That wasn't Lindas it was bought for that terrible Heather who couldn't live with Lindas ghost. Maybe Heather owns it. It looks like an old grain place. I saw one on escape to the country.

had a friend in the eighties used to ride his motorbike around the country lanes with girlfriend on the back, thinking no one at home he went up the drive and started looking around only to find there was someone at home, my friend was a govial fellow with the right attitude apologised profusely so all ended well.

@@TheRockerxx69 yes I know but at one stage if it was unoccupied it was exempt. If it’s uninhabitable then his lawyers will make sure he pays the minimum council tax possible.

A shame to see places go like this . It doesn’t matter who it be long to . See all these abandon places and all that you say and these people that are homeless I have nowhere to go all these abandon places could do good for them but nobody thinks like that I know some properties in not allowed to and have some properties you can buy you know and there are some properties that you can have because I’ve watched a lot of stuff on TH-cam and it really would be amazing if people could have these prices for the homeless people that are in need of a home

Where is this place. Near what town? Just curious. BTW. My is an NYPD officer and was assigned to shadow Paul when he opened Citifield. He said Paul was very nice to everyone. My son being in his late 20s wasn’t familiar with The Beatles, Wings or Paul’s music.

It's part of the main house, its probably used as a studio as there was a key in one of the internal door locks with a tag labled studio on it.

I think Paul’s Oast House is on his estate in Peasmarsh. It houses his recording studio, so this can’t be it. I’m surprised there aren’t squatters if you can get in that easily.

It does have "security" watching over it but I was lucky to find access and had a nose without getting spotted. It is probably just getting sat on for land value as the two houses on this estate are getting a lot of decay damage

There's a huge sub culture of Urban Explorers whose videos have millions of views, sometimes they explore that morally ambiguous line.
