N0ob0, what do you mean metaphorically, teal colored brick separators are so rare because they see it in the box and ruin the cardboard. MOC creator don’t use them because it makes their MOCs all wet and gross. Bricks don’t have krampus, they have “The Teal Colored Brick Separator”. When the teal colored brick separator comes out, bricks hide in their homes. People don’t even mention the name “Teal Colored Brick Separator”, because it puts fear into everyone. Imagine, the year 2025, there are too many teal colored brick separators, they’ve slaughtered millions of bricks, taken over the world. Bricks hide because they fear of being mangled. But it is no use, teal colored brick separators have taken apart almost every single hiding place. Now, imagine the year 2027, there aren’t any more bricks. I think the set is good the figures are great but people do complain that it is like a juniors set or the city police station. But i think it was designd to play with wich lego always is and that this is not a display item

Ik, every body acts like Lego should make the sets expensive display items, not for kids. There are display sets, but people get mad when there are vehicles or play features, like come on, Lego was made for kids. Not your shelves.

It's worth mentioning that Thanos, the gauntlet, and the time and power stones were in the 2 most expensive sets for Infinity War. I bought the cheaper 4, and seeing how this 1 set could complete the collection plus give me Iron Man... Might be worth it. Was maybe intentional? Who knows.
I was on the fence about purchasing this set but now I feel more confident that I will 100%. You seem to keep a some neutral look at sets and always appreciate your input

Im slightly disappointed that Thanos’ gauntlet does not have all of the stones, especially since the new sets don’t come with the other stones

Without spoiling anything, I will say that none of the Endgame sets have anything to do with actual events in the movie, other than containing figures of characters that take part in the plot. Most events actually in the movie I'd struggle to figure out how to turn into a Lego set, but it would be nice to have some level of authenticity to the actual movie they purport to be based on. (Still, nothing is as bad as the infamous "flaming golf cart" supposedly based on Iron Man 3.)
The quinjet is a nice one though. Maybe it was in the movie for a second or two; it certainly didn't figure into the actual plot though.
I'd pay good money for Antman's van or something similar.

I think they could have figured something out. A set based on the scene from Thanos' garden planet. A set based on the different heist locations. Even a set based more on the final battle, which I think this set tried to replicate.
Trouble is toys always get spoilerific, and with Marvel keeping Endgame under wraps as much as possible, I don't think Lego would have the chance to make movie-accurate sets pre-release lest they get leaked. For example, no "fat Thor" minifigure.
Some of it may be concept art, too. I believe the War Machine Hulkbuster was based on a concept, just one that didn't make the final movie cut, similar to Infinity War toys that featured the Hulk breaking out of the Hulkbuster or the Ant-Man helmet sculpt with the open mouth that Lego based on Ant-Man movie concept art prior to the finalised design, hence his inaccurate minifigure the past 4 years.
I think that they could make a “Cap vs Cap” set with a bit of the bridge they fight on and two Captain America figures (one with the mask on and one without). It could be like a $20 or $30 vignette style set and I’d definitely buy it. It would also come with the scepter.

Of course I wish the base was bigger, but the way I see it, this is almost a military base, it is going to have vehicles. Especially since only half of the original Avengers can fly/power jump.
I finally got this set for my birthday on 6-12-19. After watching this video like 10 times. The set is awesome!!!!! and also you were right. The arm rotation for Thanos is terrible
TBH, it feels like no matter how expensive this set is, people still gonna buy it just because of the characters.

I honestly like the whole thing but yeah the minifigures are what make it better.
None of the characters are exclusive to this set; they're just slightly different versions of existing characters. Maybe people that are die hard minifig/bigfig collectors I suppose, but that's never been something I cared much about in Lego. I get Lego to build things, not collect figures.

Cool set, the structure is fine, but could have used another room like you said, Jang. And some more enemies, Thanos and only one Outrider? Seems a bit lacking, but I think the truck and helicopter add more fun to the whole thing, and I love how Captain Marvel looks with all her fire attachments, so cool! It's a bit overpriced, better wait for a sale I think.
The newer captain marvel in endgame should’ve had gold shoulders

I just hate how they simply reuse the movie figure because of course in endgame she has the longer hair, the upgraded suit, and they only printed on the torso and head piece.

In my opinion, it shouldn’t be judged as a Juniors set, it should be judged as a LEGO City set.

I think that they should have gone with dual-molded arms and legs for Iron Man. When you look at the real suit, the arms and legs are gold on the top half and red on the bottom half. It would be like the perfect character to put dual molded arms and legs on. Either way, it still looks good.
I might not get this set, but I would like to have the Quantum suit for Nebula, the Mark 85 Iron Man suit, and the smart Hulk. And maybe the new look for Thanos.
I want this for the Thanos big fig, the... Hulk.. Big fig, and the Time Stone to try and make a full Infinity Gauntlet

I know they couldn’t do this because it’s kind of a spoiler for a big design change, and most LEGO stuff is based off concept art, but I really want a short hair captain marvel figure for this set now that I’ve seen the movie.

A nice twist for the City police line, I just know I will be modifying this a lot as I said before.
I think this set is pretty good! It could have been cheaper ($90 would have been better and $80 would have been perfect), but overall I like it. Iron Man is a great figure, both Hulk and Thanos are great (and yes, Thanos is fairly accurate since he wears his armor and his helmet in Endgame), and the main build is like a police station, and I don’t see anything wrong with that. I’ve always liked the LEGO City police stations, so a LEGO police station that has Avengers branding shouldn’t be hated on because it’s just a better version of a normal police station in my opinion. I like the conference room, the vault, and computer, and the even the garage. I could have done without the vehicles, but I actually like them more than I thought I would now that I have the set in person. Overall I’d give it a B+. It’s definitely the second best in the first Endgame wave (first being Hall of Armor of course, which I bought the second it was available).

Apparently that is the Mark 85 Ironman armor, really makes me wonder what happened to the other 34 in between.
Iron man’s torso (and legs I think) are new prints. The legs have lots more gold and the torso has more silver than my 50. Just wanted to point out that exclusivity
I honestly wouldn't mind the $100 price if, they had fixed Captain Marvel, given hulk maybe the outfit he has on the box(and printed toes), a new mold for Thanos (or at least make the main body gold instead of grey), no car, no helicopter, and a more accurate looking Compound.
Maybe they didn't include all the stones because people would be mad that last year they had to buy the whole IW wave to get them all? Also Jang saying the emotionless face is more suiting for Cpt Marvel. 😂 Was that a fun poke at the actor?

Aside from the Hall of armour set I feel like this wave of Endgame sets just blow.. Many missed opportunities for some great figure variance like a Professor Hulk or Ronin. I know they didn't wanna spoil anything but the sets suffered as a result.

Great job Jang. I feel like you were slightly apprehensive about reviewing these without knowing the nooks and crannies of all the lore of these films, because (as you know) some hardcore fans can get defensive about small details. Lol, am I correct in my thinking?
I have a feeling that the infinity gauntlet in the laser bars is actually the avengers guantlet not thanos'.
I'm extremely tempted to get this set. Yes I know it is way over priced but the extra pieces are note worthy, the figures are (if I get this set all I would be missing is the reality stone) and the build is noteworthy. I'd probably update it and make it a larger build of I got it, I think the vehicles are neat but I could easily go without them. I have the money and I think I'll get it. All of the figures are ones I kind of desire so I think I might get it. If I do I'll make a video of my updated version of it, so if you're interested keep your eyes open

2, i want the time stone, I had 5 out of 6 Avengers Infinity war and I never got the time to get the Sanctum Sanctorum Showdown set

The infinity war sets are still available and the stones were a selling point of those sets. If they were all in one set, they would have no additional selling point anymore

It’s weird how in the infinity war set, thanos has a sword yet he doesn't have one in the movie. But in endgame thanos does have a sword but he doesn't in the set.
