This is the only way to make sport accessible and produce talent every year consistently. Long term strategy and vision to make sport accessible and find the talents and nurture them and has to be done by a champion/veteran of the sport.

sports should be added as extracurricular activities and made compulsory for every student. This will ensure that every student participates in some form of sport, increasing the number of medals.
