Dude you're gonna be the ufc champ soon Ben. If you just stay hungry and keep adapting new technique to mma. You're gonna change this sport. Man this is some good stuff. You got them funky moves dude. Your grip must be like iron. Watch out for Tony though hehe...he's a mean dude right now even though i legit think you can take him just cause its theoretical you have the skill and the gameplan set out already for the guaranteed win. Its just watching out for that weird shit that you're already totally ready for i see it technician. I think that will be your superfight honestly. Go 5 with tony after you win title from khabib then win that. That will cement you as a legend. After like 2 or 3 more title defenses. Train hard buddy like you did for those olympic trials. I can't wait to see you fight in the ufc. Its gonna get crazy dude.

U really r an avid fan of this kid Ben 'all boring talks' Askren. Yr language flows like his. But, u think he ll b a champ in UFC? Do u think he can beat the likes of Tyron Woodley, Whittaker, Yoel Romero or Jacare Souza? Be sensible, Bro.

I would've like to see Askren expand on that thought of why he would do infrequent wrestle offs, I've seen biased coaches and unfair decisions, and I have seen the better wrestler lose their spot in the practice room, but that leaves it up to wrestlers as it should be.

Another good talk. But remember Ben, t more u talk the more burden u have to prove it in yr real fights in UFC standards : simply because u r traded it for fighting performance not shit talking like this.

hate to break it to ya Rusdayati Idrus, but world class athletes do not care about the opinion of plebs that cannot relate / have never put in the work

I think a parent should be somewhat concerned w/ year round participation that is high impact because I think it can cause lifelong physical injuries. For those types of activities, I feel some rest is needed or at least toned down a little for part of the season. My sister-in-law's daughter played soccer year round (indoor/outdoor) since she was little. She turns 18 and needs two ACL surgeries. Her career is over and it will impact her livelihood even when she turns 30. I know from my own experiences, playing baseball, football, etc my shoulders regret it as well as my ankles.

    • @arizonatea3734

Career is not over. 100% not over. Acls are hell, i have a fake one myself. Dominick cruz (most 135 title defenses only wec ufc champ)had 4 or 5 acls, came back was champ again, both knees multiple tears. Kamuru usman current champ has had both knees done. Gsp double weight champion, 3 acl surgeries. Don't write off people or say their career is over, its done when the athlete ends it.
