I believe the house was 57k square feet. Was supposed to be a secret who the owner was but everyone knew. LOL. I got pulled aside for asking who was the architect. After dropping off your tools you had to park at a private school and get bused in and out. Took 6 weeks to install wine cellar. A memorable experience.
I went to my nieces pre-prom here. Pretty sick house! The views are everything and passing the spa to the left of the entrance door was pretty stellar. It’s a little too museum like for me but it is a statement piece for sure.

The One is so stupid: WHY would some buy a pre designed 100K sqft house for $500M versus CUSTOM? Plus, Niami would have made more on 3 smaller mansions on that lot.
Does the interior courtyard have a pool within it? I couldn’t really tell from the drone footage. A house like this is amazing, but it’s not a home. Seems like another decent-sized business to run. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. The drone work was incredible, but I wish it would have turned towards the west so we could have seen the expansive ocean views that this home provides.
