The best use of a retractable roof in the master BR is to make a joke at the expense of a bed parter who passes gas. There's sometimes a comical moment in Scott's videos, this one is at 10:33 when he says "you guys should watch it all the way through on your own time." I watched the video, it is really nice, but it is specifically for a Bachler to impress female guests. it is too much electrical movement, it needs a very special electro Mechanic to support this house. not a practical house for family, the major problem is the garage, it is too small for such a big house. I think this house will be sold around 80 million

It listed for $88 and sold to a Chinese billionaire for $75 and now valued at $64 a 1/2 dozen years later…guessing his audience is the same a global billionaire…
The CEO who bought the property for $56 million.... he is not getting burned or has nothing to lose.... Did you know that if you have $1 billion dollars... that is $25 million a year in interest? The guy has a net worth of $9 billion. so he gets $225 million a year in interest just sitting around doing nothing..... Lol

This house is AMAZING however I like the 83 million mini me twin version of this house by the same developer
A work of art.
*Let me check my couch, I think I might have left $177 million somewhere. Seriously a house at this price should just be custom-made. If I had that kind of money, I would want it custom made to my liking instead of the liking of the developers. I’m the one living in it so it should be entirely to my liking instead of the arbitrary liking of the developers.*
I always wanted to have a glass roof in my bedroom. that way I can watch the night sky, studded with stars, while enjoying the comfort of my bed.
There's sometimes a comical moment in Scott's videos, this one is at 10:33 when he says "you guys should watch it all the way through on your own time." Haha, like what he means is "I've got things to be doing, stop bothering me." Like, "I'm done with you..kindly leave." Hahaha, I'm a big fan but this struck me as funny.
Yeah I noticed that came out weird when I was doing the edit lol. I can always cut out those awkward moments when I mis-speak but hey I'm human so a lot of the time I just leave them in. What I meant was "watch the whole video when you have time".
At full price I would estimate that annual upkeep, property tax etc would be $5 Million plus ?
0:24 Imagine "The One" is almost three times larger!
The video starts at 5:17
@@artapples8417 it does?
I love the Haus so amazing
Very contemporary art deco.. has a 70's feel with modern touches..
Reminds me of a lego house where you can add trees and a whole bunch of accouterments. Design is just too busy and flashy.
The best part about this house is that you've got somewhere to go when you get into an argument with your wife..
the one was listed at 240 when it was 1st listed
The bloke who buys that house could just buy the neighbors lot and turn it into his private park or whatever he can think of. That would be completely baller
Why do developers get the credit for these houses when it's the architects that design them.
Insane!
671 and 673 Siena!! 😅
At 5k/sqft they better be inspired by gold from nature. I like the glass but I don't think it is gonna come close. The One at 500m would have been $4,700sqft
That's not a house. It's a Resort For One
Pls tell us the negatives too 🤣
I need to laugh at the ultra rich lol !
while I’m at work listening !!!
List price is about $50M too high though
Oh, they ALL have houses that are too large to inhabit. Too expensive, too large to maintain and no one wants to live like that. Money laundering at its finest. Cold and appealing.
To be honest I wanna see what Arvin Haddad has to say about it
I'm new to investing, and I've lost a good sum trying out strategies I found in online tutorials. I would sincerely appreciate any recommendations you have.
As a beginner, it's essential for you to have a pro or a very good trader to keep you accountable.
Someone like expert Nancy Williams Laplace
The first step to successful investment is figuring your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but it's very advisable you make use of professional
This is correct, Nancy's strategy has normalized winning trades for me also and it’s a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started..
Yes, I agree with you. Her platform is wonderful and her strategies are exceptional.

This is the perfect place for the next private magical music concert of Ms. Angelina Jordan - Master Jazz & Pop Vocalist... DD.
Waiting for the arvin haddad video about that 😂
BRUH!
Some parts of the mansion are an eyesore. Not my style.
What will be the value of the one in today's date, according to you?🤔👀
Wow!!!
I watched the video, it is really nice, but it is specifically for a Bachler to impress female guests. it is too much electrical movement, it needs a very special electro Mechanic to support this house. not a practical house for family, the major problem is the garage, it is too small for such a big house. I think this house will be sold around 80 million
There are $TRILLIONS sitting on the sideline right now looking for a home…Ardies work in unique with the highest quality and non conventional…I saw 822 Sarbonne and it’s kinda party house for Billionaires…amazing craftsmanship on the home.
Lol
ardie reminds me of frank lloyd wright
It is a nice place.
I guess at $177 Million…. Yet get to call your “primary” bedroom a “Master Bedroom” 🙃
This one might sell for the $177M
Who's crazy enough to buy such a property in California nowadays? Dem guv will tax you to the bone 😂😂😂😂
7:24 is that a real human? Kinda creepy
Not aesthetically pleasing to me. Maybe I need the full Enes walk through to get a better ideas.
too much yapping. Just show the video
Not crazy about it. Why? To me in design “Less IS more”. Not “More is more”.
It’s too much. Too busy. Like everywhere! I love more clean and simple. Let the good design really stand out.
All due respect, but the Jetsons vibe is just way too strong here.
Who watches these videos outside LA? If you don't live here why would you care?
Looks like The Williams got some of their house ideas from this and just couldn't pull it off.
OMG you’re gushing! So cute
The Sauna suggests theyre Russians who have purchased?
Just check 'The Real Deal' and Ardie seems to have bought from another guy in 2022. Unless it was the property that that garden spa house is on.
Wonderful mansion😍😍
Screw "sizzle reels" Enes or ProducerMicheal tour dat 💩!!
Looks like the 80s
