To extend the crispness and shelf life of fresh or thawed leaf vegetables, place a paper towel underneath and over the top before closing the container. If the container is deep, layer paper towels between the leaves.
    Thank you for your tips!

I think title and video are apt. How to store leafy vegetables in the fridge (for longer life). Instead of just throwing them in there with Plastic covers only to see them spoil in few days this is a good method to increase their shelf life. 🙌🏼

I liked the video tks. The only main thing missing in the video is, you did not tell if we should clean with water dry it n cut or I should just get it and cut n store in fridge. Madam this question is very important. Please do inform

    Very nice.
I would suggest a slight upgrade, which will save you space in your refrigerator. Use vacuum seal bags & a vacuum sealer device, it sucks out all the air and gives a very compact package. there are even ones where you can adjust how tightly you want it vacuum (vacuum level). Try it let me know if you like it.
    Kind Regards,

      You can use a Ziplock.
It works best if you place 1 paper towel underneath and 1 over the top of the vegetables to reduce excess moisture. Try not to crush the leaves by overfilling the bag or putting anything on top of it.
This works great for my fruits and veggies, they remain crisp much longer, don't get slimy, and don't start to mold or mildew for (at least) twice the amount of time.

Title is misleading/video confusing. This seems like a guide for how to *freeze* leafy greens to be cooked down later. What about everybody who clicks on this video looking to keep greens fresh for salads over the week? Maybe this won't be confusing to your subscribers, but this is a bad post.

Nicely produced video. The problem here is the containers. It's very hard to store them when they are empty and the lids get lost. You end up with a bunch of containers in your cupboard that don't match, which defeats the purpose of preserving the veggies. Maybe making a video on how to manage the boxes would be useful to some of us.

This is how frozen veggies, mushroom, coconut everything available in abroad & now started in India too. Definitely the nutrition value decreases, lost & won't be same.
Yaar freezer mey 1montg tak kya, 1year tak bhi rakhsakte hai.
Correction must be made- not how to store it fresh in fridge- it shud be as freezer. Not fridge.
