Did you do anything special to break the motor in when you first started running it?
We took it easy the first hour or 2. Then ran the piss out of it. Still going strong
What is the box in the back of these GD boats? Is it flotation or is it storage?

15 or so fully loaded down 3 ppl. Faster in about 1.5ft of water though. 2 ppl fishing about 17. With 1 person about 18 maybe 19.
