Ford Explorer Power Seat Not Working FIX

I’ve seen a number of these 2020+ model year Explorers with power seat problems end up being a blown fuse due to a mis-routed lumbar support wire harness causing the wires to pull out of the connector. While you might be able to take the connector apart and repair the terminals and wires, I find it simpler to replace this portion of the seat harness.

Both of my wires were broke on mine. Which wire goes in which position? I pulled the pins and plan to fix it real fast. Also, thanks for sharing this.

My problem is the opposite. My power seats work but it won’t hold memory correctly. It’ll keep creeping forward each time I get in it. I just shut easy access off. Dealer said they couldn’t find a problem

Top stuff Daniel mate who thought of a automotive issue could be quite a common problem but a easy fix remedy just by simply replacing a dead or faulty part etc.

Was looking for something similar to fix my passenger seat "Power seat switch" but glad I saw this,
As a heavier guy, it might be worth checking to see if its routed wrong before it goes out. Looks like it can be disconnected, routed properly and reconnected if its not already damaged?
