Raw potato - 1 cup
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Gram flour - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Any sabzi masala -1 tsp
Cooking oil for frying
Salt to taste
