Baingan - 1 medium
Cauliflower - 2 florets
Palak - 5-6 patte
Pyaaz - 1 large
Hari Mirch - 3
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Hara Dhania - 2 tbsp
Besan - 250g / 2 pack cup
Namak - taste hisab se
Lal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhania Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
Soda - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp + frying ke lie
