It really is a fantastic achievement. I first saw it at GETS and it was surreal to travel past the actual flat on the train back to Euston. Now if you follow prototype practice the line where the Deltic had its shunt will be closed for a month and replacement bus service will be in place. Thanks for bringing us this Richard.
Fantastic level of detail, Its Incredible what can be achieved. Even adding the overground platforms into the station is a nice touch. Hopefully can get round to seeing this at some point
I've just sat down and watched this, and wow! I love that Pete Waterman takes his ideas and inspiration and doesn't do things in halves with his Making Tracks layouts, and even better for you to have the opportunity to talk to Andy on his part in the layout!
It is what we all dream of being able to do if we had the space available, haven’t seen any of the making tracks layouts unfortunately as they have been at shows and set up in locations that are far from where I currently live but would really like to see one if I can, great video and interview.
You could say that Andy has been ‘flat out’ Richard! 😂 Cannot wait to see the Wembley Central extension next year but I’ll be at KML this year anyways!
Question is, for the big event in 2026, will the Overground have trains running from Watford Jn through Wembley Central? And will there be tube stock running too? I look forward to seeing it all. Those flats are magnificent.

Love seeing these layouts and what these guys get up too. Great for the modeling community and great to show what can be done. 👍
Couldn't agree more!

Great vid as always. 👍🏻
@@hovermotion a lot of effort and graft to make them
