I love air plants! Make sure you either spray them with water every few days, or soak them in a bowl of water for 30 min - 1 hour once a week. Make sure you put them onto an absorbent towel after watering them to soak up the excess water and prevent the plants from getting rot. Also, be sure you have clean hands when you handle them :) They won't like it if you get perfumey lotion on them. If they are doing really well, they will bloom flowers once in their whole life (usually lasts about a week, don't soak them during this time or the flowers die). They can also create offshoot "pups", which are like baby plant clones that grow off of their sides. You can gently pull the pups off once they get to be a decent size and they will continue to live as another plant.

im 23 and just got diagnosed with ibs, gerd and SIBO, it SUCKS- it took this long for the doctors to listen to me and do the tests btw. would be interested to hear what you’re going though!!!
I also have really bad acid reflux but I am only 12 and I have been prescribed so many different medicines and tablets and nothings helped so u making a video could potentially help me find way to make mine better

Your mum sounds like my step mum every Christmas my step siblings and I get a shopping bag filled with random things. this year we got some cereal, snacks, tea towels, lollies, peanut m&ms, ice cube tray, an exfoliating bath glove, some bath towels, a 2021 calendar, paper cups, a little notebook, garbage bags, a candle, a bottle opener and zooper doopers. Just random stuff that will come in handy that we never think to buy ourselves.
