I’ve been playing amethyst saph and found the queen with draw doesn’t end up having much value in the long run when you can throw in pawps and friends for draw and change queen for a bigger hitter or larger quester
Thank you for the gameplay, and doubly so for the paper version. I’m finalizing my order now for cards to build a version of this deck. Still going back and forth on some of the same cards you mentioned like Tala, Phil and Ratigan. That other version you linked with a Pawp engine is enticing but I still don’t know which version I like better lol.
Two alternative packages I've been considering include Cheshire Cat - Always Grinning (2 ink 3/2) and the shiftable Cheshire Cat - From the Shadows (8 ink shiftable 5/6 evasive quest for 2 that can banish damaged characters) or Cruella De Vil - Cruising Around (2 ink 3/2 that can challenge evasives) and Cruella De Vil Perfectly Wretched (5-ink 4/3 shiftable that quests for 2 and gives out -2 Strength). I'm leaning more on the second package to replace the Talas and Robin Hoods as the Big Cheshire is a dead draw unless you can shift it (as this deck curves out at 5 ink and stops inking around there). I'll test the new list on Pixelborn next week.
@@LorcanaUniversity Those could be solid as well. I was also thinking about support Basil and the shift basil for more draw and another 3 lore quester who could also sing Let it Go.
I like the auroras over the cogsworths as i often find myself not questing if I don’t have a chain set up, so ward is more helpful than resist. I don’t use either because of the importance of 4-strength characters to activate those Strength requirements in Pete and Pain. But it will definitely help the deck survive more interaction, at the cost of teasing off a little bit of consistency!

Thoughts on Cogsworth or Aurora package? Thanks for the upload! Been following this deck for some time and I like the updates and additional gameplay.
