The only problem is his attitude towards people that are happy where they are. Bezos can laugh at what any of us make. Either people want to be their own boss or not. No reason to be elitist about it. And I say that as an employee and also a landlord.

I used to be a job shammer until I realized everyone doesn’t wanna be a boss & we all can’t be a boss because then we wouldn’t have any workers. So get your money how you get it! 💪🏽

Let me get this straight. You’re a millionaire with multiple boats. But you got mad because one guy you taught who currently is in a lesser position than you, should give you his boat to use for free? And youre about to put wear and tear on his boat?
I’m sure he wasn’t worried about doing a background check on you or make you jump through hoops like me, if I were his customer. You real petty right there.

I think you missing the point. It's about the relationships. For instance if my bro call me and tell me something happened where he need to use my car I'm not gonna worry about what he needs to pay me, I got him. I know they not family, but with any relationship it means more than money to know that you can trust someone personally. And yes, there are limits to trust; but at least in this situation he didn't think the request was near that limit.

@@dmee1255 I definitely hear what your are saying, but I can see both sides.
The question is, would the other guy be able to do the same with DaBoatGoat? If the answer is no, then my manz is off base saying this this burned the relationship. We all know that people stay rich by not using their own money. I would imagine that DaBoatGoat would have thrown some scheckles in the other guy's direction because that would be a common courtesy, but I think there is a humbling factor that is missing here. When you have yours, you cannot be mad at someone else trying to get yours if they are not at your level.
If you teach someone, you are giving that knowledge away. It sounds like a lot of his mentees are paying for his mentorship. If the guy is one of those people then you cannot say that your gave him knowledge and taught him the business, for free. That was a financial transaction. That means that the other guy understands the relationship well and is reciprocating what he was receiving.
This is all based on assumptions and conjecture that I am making from only watching this clip. With that said, remember that relationships are what make a business successful. You can have the best product in the world, but if your relationship with your workers and your customers is fraught, the cash flow will dry up when someone else can do what you do at a good enough level. Just remember, that having good relationships does not mean, giving the business away.
      **Edit
I was only halfway through the video at post time. It seems like he was going to make sure there was not cost to the guy's business, but it not additional profits were going to come through, basically I am going to use your business to supplement mine and make the even a zero loss to you. That is a business logic that you learn in business school, that if you are not using something, it is losing value. Even if it makes you no money, it is better to use something or let someone else use something because it still advertises your asset and shows what you are capable up. Basically, if you are not using it, it loses you money and potential cost. If it is going to sit anyway and you have a way to use it at no cost, there are implicit benefits or bringing potential revenue to you at a later dated.

I am more interested in the Article 15. It isn't a Court Martial, but to take a whole rank, means that it was severe enough to warrant the punishment. But for clarification for those that don't know, Article 15 is the equivalent of a misdemeanor in the civilian world.
Either way, taking a whole rank that you worked hard to get is definitely a good motivator to get your affairs in order.

Right one minute it's don't be an entrepreneur if you don't have the passion, it shouldn't be about the money; then it's crunching numbers. For the most part we all have to work, we need money; it's on you on how you get it and how much you want. It's always about the money you're just blessed if you actually love what you do AND it affords you the lifestyle you desire
