Man, I can't thank you enough, the amount of research and even 3 udemy courses I bought, nobody explained it like you. I've learned so much, thank youu.
Came from a color correction course and knew I was missing out on some of the nitty-gritty stuff so I researched and found your video. Thank you so much for your clear and detailed explanation! You're a lifesaver
Very Smart tutorial, finally after searching on youtube into many videos, i found a comprehensive and really smart tutorial for RGB Parade. Thanks so much.
dont know if you guys gives a damn but if you are bored like me during the covid times you can watch all the new movies on Instaflixxer. Have been binge watching with my gf during the lockdown xD
Absolutely brilliant! Thank you very much. I admire the great clarity of your communication and the vastness of your knowledge! A pleasure to listen to you. Best wishes!
since yesterday i have been watching all the videos on youtube about color grading until i found your video. This was the last video i watched and i was able to color it as i wanted. thanks.
Thank you so much for this tutorial. Even for me as a bloody beginner it was so easy to follow and i learned a lot so i could use it for a actual project :)
do you mean matching the color of one clip to the others? It could be both, if you are matching the color of a clip to the stylized look of the others then I guess it would count as a color grade but if you are just making the color look neutral and natural then probably it's color correction.
@@sarunthepoly4017 you're welcome :) I use the basic sliders quite a lot and also the curves. The color wheels I use sometimes but in premiere pro the wheels don't offer as much control as in Davinci Resolve. I don't usually grade heavily in premiere though, more of basic correction and slight grading. Not because premiere can't do it but if I want to have some fun grading I prefer the layout in Davinci Resolve. Although if I am doing work most of the time I can't be bother to export to Davinci Resolve and would just do it in premiere.
That was really helpful, thank you! Maybe you can help me with one issue. I work with Da Vinci and I have a multi cam project with five cams. The colors of each single cam don't change throughout. If I do the cutting first, I'll have to do the color grading for about 100 clips individually. Is there a way to do the color grading for each original clip irrespective of the cuts?
Haven't tested it myself but maybe you can select all clips and then choose the 'color' tab in Dacinci? Or create a LUT and apply it on every clip? Or join clips together (compound I think) once you'red one and treat it as a whole?
@@nikolaoskonstantinidis3505 Creating own LUTs was a good advice, thank you! This will save me a lot of work. It would be even better to find a way how to color grade the original clip. Does anybody have a clue how to do that?
Hi, in the color page, you could right click on the clip's thumbnail (the small ones at the bottom showing the clips in your timeline not the main viewer) and select "use remote grades". Now you can color grade that clip and it will apply it to every single place the clip is used in the project, even in a different timeline :).
how can I achieve the same level of info about skin tones for exemple, without those tools (Waveform RGB Parade and Vectorscope) in photoshop and lightroom?
@@thaiphotos Now that I want to use it, I got confused because I just remembered this was for Premiere and not Davinci, but I somehow managed to use it and colour on point!
when people are racist, but you work in multimedia: "... as you can see according to this vectorscope alll the skin tones are really just affected by the color of our blood, which is the same for everyone..." :'D

Is the process of color wheel and match count as a color correction or color grade?
