Friend could you help me? Cant decide for mostly solo leveling and stuff as for champ vs captain. can the two or one of them solo some instances? what would be the optimal race for both?
Captain is a little slower for soloing content but has a lot more survival tricks. Champion is a very straightforward blender, which can be very satisfying. The flexibility of a captain is extremely nice, and they do have decent aoe damage. I personally like both classes, but I have peaked on captain and done much more of the content on him.
You can tank tier 1 content just fine, but there is limited options for gear to get tanky enough for t2 plus content. Keep collecting tankier pieces and see what happens!
@@YTJayellSo basically your saying current tier 2+ tanking is quite hard for wardens compared to guardian and captain, based on available gear at angmar/mordor?
@@enth1980 yes that is correct. But I wouldn’t be surprised if it was possible to pull it off with a bunch of practice and cobbling together some defensive stats.
Hey, I have a 45 captain. Tried your red build. You said bleed is the majority of the damage. It's very very low on mine. Am I missing something? My overall crit/ reg damage is very nice. Seem to get parried more than i'd like. But thats another story, Im just not seeing the bleed being worth the points.
I need to make an addendum because in my testing bleeds are also woefully low. In my past experience on captain - bleeds always did the most, but at level 50 it is different. I’ll make an updated red guide with my findings!
After your mitigations hit 60% reduction you hit a cap. So staking more phisical mitigation or tactical mitigation above that will not do anything. Thats why its better at that point to get something else. Some items latter in gamewill push the cap to +1.5% so you can go a bit over cap but not from adding more stats. Each level up ,thos caps will need more points to reach a new cap .
Happy to report I haven’t spent any real money except for the sub! I use deed maps to speed through zones and do enough quests to finish the zone completely. You can actually get a zone done relatively quickly if you have an efficient route!
Have to put out a disclaimer: the wiki and I are wrong about crit - the cap appears to be 1500 after further inspection.
You do a great job of explaining in a clear and concise manner 😊
Your original captain vid inspired me to roll a high elf Captain on Laurelin. He's a total "Chad" even with dps.
🙌🙌🙌
Thanks for the help ♥

Great video! Do you have any tips for warden tanking items? So many agility items with little morale on them

@@enth1980 Yes, it would take significantly more effort than a guard or captain with the current gear/builds available.

Why you say physical mitigation is a wasted stat?
1000 is the cap at 50

Is there a cap for mitigations at level 50?
Yep! 1000 for both with heavy armor
Man...what are you doing to raise your Virtue traits so fast LOL
