I love the NYC vibes of your videos. I was so close to visiting it at one point myself. I had experience with modeling and in late 2015 I was in contact with Capcom about the facial likeness role of Leon for the Resident Evil 2 Remake. I failed to mention I also have a voice acting background, in the end I lost the part and I can't forgive myself for wasting such an opportunity. That would've been a real dream come true to visit New York. All the best!
I'm not sure if somebody's already said this but you can do everything in the Crock-Pot including the browning of the meat or the onions etc and you can also shred right inside the crock pot you don't have to remove the meat. I'm so excited that you are starting on this food discovery ❤
You might be thinking of the instant pot with browning the meat. You can't with a slow cooker/crock pot. But it's perfect with how she did it, easier to shred.

Then it dawned on us.......we always see her on QVC when she is selling David's Cookies!! Which are delicious by the way. We always buy them! 🤗🤗

As a Mexican 🇲🇽 I’ve never seen a tortilla soup cooked like that haha but I’m loving the new cooking era 💖
Just a tip, nothing can ever go wrong in a crock pot! As long as you cook it for the length of time the recipe calls for it’ll be good!
Another tip I would have diced the chicken in small skinny strips or really small cubed chicken with the taco seasoning 😊
Add the onion, & what the other ingredients were that you fried. It helps with seasoning getting into the meat more.

The reason for a liquid measuring cup is because they’re wider since liquid measures differently than dry ingredients ❤😊
As a Texan I approve. I use towered corn and diced tomatoes with green chilies. I usually do my soup in a crockpot. Comes out great .
