Sallyyy this vlog was so fun to watch! Love seeing your dynamic with all your family members and Paul! Your personality shines when you’re around the ppl you love 🤍🤩
Really appreciated the Tokyo showcase in your video! It’s got me even more pumped for my trip, especially since I’m heading there right after my time in Indonesia wraps up next month. Japan is next on my list! 🇯🇵
just an fyi for the next time you go to Japan but you can pickup hellopasmo card (kind of like the suica card) at the airport in a vending machine and use that for public transit and combini as well 😊
Exciting! This has become my treasure😊 You fit right in with Ginza and Paul's fight against jetlag is so funny and makes us happy and editing is super great. Everything is amazing.😆 Come to Japan again!! ありがとう!🤗
I went to that tonkatsu restaurant in Haneda airport at the beginning (which you didn’t go to). It was REALLY GOOD!! Try it if you ever get the chance. I promise you won’t be disappointed. 😋
That's the thing about traveling, you always learn something even though you try your best to prepare for it but I'm glad you were able to get around and eat nonetheless! Hopefully Paul was able to get fill of sushi in Japan while you guys were there 😂
Paul is such TADASHI FROM BIG HERO viiibeeess!!!!!! 😅😅 🤪🤪 Btw thanks for the heads up on the suica complication, I’m planing a trip to Japan next year and didn’t know that stuff 🙏🏻
Bidet toilets, talking robots, and bullet trains that whisk you across the country in a blink. Just don't get lost in the digital wonderland and forget to enjoy the real world (unless you're playing Pokemon Go, then all bets are off). But kidding aside, this is such a beautiful place. I suddenly missed the time when I was there to film one of our TV show episode!
there're 24, 48 & 72-hr Metro passes that could potentially come out cheaper than tapping suica/passmo! we used them on our trip last year & only used suica when we were on JR trains
Hiii! This is the first vlog of yours I watched. I just hit subscribe! Love your style! I was also wondering what camera are you using for these clips? The quality is 👌🏼I’d love to get one too
this looks so fun!!:( makes me so excited for my husband and i's trip! may i ask if you remember what area you were in when you were at the restaurant "gyoza sakaba"? im gonna try to find on maps hehehe thank you!

Ohhh I’m sorry to hear that as a Japanese that you guys got in trouble with Suica. I didn’t know that physical cards aren’t providing rn because of the shortage of semiconductor;( But I’m sure you can refill the mobile Suica using Visa card cos I’m doing it sometimes. I have no idea why they told you like that;((( BTW I’d be so happy if you could enjoy the time in Japan xx
@@sallykim7 Actually as of iOS 17.2 foreign issue Visa cards seem to be working again. The other alternatives would've been to pick up the 28-day Welcome Suica (at the airport, as those are still produced). Or... At the JR Central Shinkansen counters in Tokyo and Shinagawa stations, they do sell Toica cards which would've worked fine as well.
Is it true that prices in Japan's hotels is for person, not per room. For example if the price of the room is 100$ and there is 6 people stay in, so it would cost 600$?
I think the last one shown was the store in Shibuya Yokocho. Shibuya Yokocho is an area where a variety of restaurants are concentrated. Probably near Shibuya station. 最後に映っていたのは渋谷横丁の店だと思います。 渋谷横丁は様々な飲食店が密集しているエリアです。 おそらく渋谷駅の近くにあります。
love the content but sad about the subtitles although if you have time to really sit down and watch the video it would be helpful but i just put these videos while im at work and miss so much info since I cant really just be pausing to read :(
