dude this whole album is just... wonderful bro, kendrick's been making great masterpieces since this. he really came a long way.
Honestly think his old stuff is miles better. not to be that guy but theres just a certain rawness and soul that his old stuff brings that I havent felt since Good Kid MAAD city. Go as far as to say TPAB was just alright to me. There was a point where people just hyped his stuff up way too much and he could do no wrong and bc he has a strong message no one thought twice. To say TPAB is the "best album of all time" is absolutely insane. Yet there was a whole argument about it. Its not even better than his old stuff!

TPAB is also his most poetic, it’s all live instruments so idk what you mean by raw because GKMC doesn’t use live instruments

im not sure what you mean? like for the "go brooklyn"? I actually sampled a song that samples stetsa, Audio Two "Top Billin" has a clean sample so i just cut it from there. I think somewhere back someone found the acapella of stetasonic's song i couldnt thuogh so i just used Top Billin at the end
