When you go to his site for the 3d file, download the rar.
at this point click on the rar opener, take the .rar file and drag it to the .rar opener empty box.
it will show obj files. click on each one. Now you can view them or upload to 3d print program.

The water won't get inside once its mounted in a boat or scooter. Its not installed yet, he was just demonstrating how it works.

thrust boosters for side to side movement on my 55' sailboat? I just love the simple technology of it all to be honest. Just upsize the design. Why not? And can I upsize it to use as my electric sailboat motor? (Used sparingly..and I don't want to use diesel engine anymore)

Use a brushless motor. You may need to change the mount but it will be faster and longer lasting for the same power

If a person tuck that motor and made it about 4 times bigger and put it in a 16 foot bass boat. That be very profitable. I see lots of outboard electric motors that are to slow to get the boat to plain but I think 🤔 the jet might be the trick to a fast electric bass boat.

I have a 50mm Graupner jet unit and 1.6kw electric chainsaw for running gear to go onto a surfboard.
Id like to know why no one has developed a recipe for a successful jet board that works
Eg you need this out-runner motor with this ESC and these batteries which will last this long and stay cool enough.
It seems no one follows it to the end. Looses interest or just doesnt work maybe. Youngsters Jets has a fast set up but have no idea of the components. run time or reliability

did you actually make the engine and run a test to see if it worked? Thingiverse' contract states if you post for public view, you allow others to use the file as they choose including for sales, he didn't do that. he shared it with the world.

Modify the inlet so that it scoops underneath the motor. As jet moves forward water will feed into the inlet 👍

You should try brushless motors. A little more expensive but way more power for the size and use much less energy. Plus they can be equipped with sensored controls.
Hello Steam man, Creative Channel has made this project specifically for this 775 motor. This is an extremely high torque motor and he wanted to see how it would do under huge torque rotating this propeller.

You need longer vanes internal to the outlet to create a cohesive jet. You will get a LOT more speed

This Waterjet shoot like chicken tail ! The nozzle should be reduce to smaller diameter , it will be more thrust ,more powerful pressure and more Efficient , this toy waterjet need a little improvement .. I am a waterjet builder , we make our own stainless steel Waterjet and make hundreds of testing . Riding Waterjet boat was fun 😊😊
