Mainly because of his very risky plays in hardcore like when he clutched from world height to bedrock without a totem or elytra, when he boated on strings across the void without elytra, and MANY more.

Lifesteal SMP Tier list season 6
Now it makes sense. In SB's 100 days in 1.21 video he talks about the breech enchantment being useful for friend or foe and lifesteal but not for single player. At first I presumed he just meant for the players on lifesteal but now he has been confirmed to be joining it makes total sense. I haven't actually checked the order in which his video and this video were posted but i watched SB's video a few days ago so it was very confusing for me.
No way Chiefxd got added, I remember when he tested mods and he was pretty small! How did he get 100K SO FAST?!
